Great location in the heart of Canterbury. Two double bedrooms ideal for a family (one with twin beds). Safe parking at the house and handy for a nearby supermarket so didn't need to drive. A few minutes walk (about 5) to the Cathedral Good communication from the host. Wish I had found this place four years ago when we first visited Canterbury.

Great location and great room. The floors are made of wood which is a kind of vintage. The restaurant is well decorated and has a small garden. The community is quiet and safe.

We were in the disabled room as I needed the walk in shower for my mum.The room was huge with very easy access, especially if somebody was using a wheelchair. The beds were comfortable and the staff quickly changed the double bed to two singles when asked. The pub was very busy but being up on the second floor there wasn't an issue with noise at all.Great location for all the shops, pubs and restaurants. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. The pub food was really good and cheap drinks as always.

Great location at top end of high street, across from the main bus station. Very good bar and restaurant downstairs with local pints. Comfortable room with a breakfast tray delivered to our door in the morning with toast, croissants, coffee, juice, bananas, and granola with yogurt. Room had a lot of character with exposed beams in the 16th century building. Friendly staff

Great location with safe parking and 10-15 minutes walk into centre. Room was very comfortable and warm. The breakfast menu was excellent, a good portion and well presented, they went that bit extra to accommodate my wife’s dietary restrictions. Lovely hosts and would highly recommend as a base to explore the surrounding areas.
