The owner is really nice and for the price you pay you really get an excellent service for Jordan standard. You will need a car if you want to visit Petra, but it was a short 10 min drive. Very nice experience!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I had a problem with my hotel in Dana and Mr Ali allowed us to check in early without any charge. On the trip I became very sick and Mr Ali and his wife looked after me and even made me chicken soup for lunch. They allowed me to check out late so I could rest more and refused to take extra money for this. I have never met such kind people in my life and I am very thankful for their excellent hospitality. On the room - it is easily a 4/5 star hotel experience and I really think they should charge a higher price. Bathrobes, slippers, smart tv and access to a kitchen are provided. The bed is super comfortable and the room is spacious. There is a garden which you have access to which is an added bonus. Breakfast was 10/10 and traditional local food - the halwa was very good. Thank you Mr Ali and family for everything.

Although its close be prepared to climb few flight of stairs bcoz its on top of an apartment building. The "room" here means cubicle space like the Japanese hostel.
