I liked the location and the staff the most. They were super friendly. Jojo welcomed me nicely in my arrival, I also met Arlete and Alemão, who are great people to chat. Even though the showers are shared and outside the bedroom, they are tidy and very clean. The neat decoration also gives it a small village or countryside vibe. I even felt at home by laying on the couch to chill after long walks. In this living the bedroom it isn't so hot during the day, because there's a fresh breeze coming in if the door is open.

I came to São Paulo very early in the morning and was very tired after the 11 hour flight. Normally the check in is from 2pm but the girls cleaned the room as soon as possible and let me in already at 11am. I'm very grateful for that. Everything was excellent.

Pleasant kitchen and common areas. Albeit noisy on weekend nights, the neighborhood is very nice and safe by Brazilian standards. There are two supermarkets nearby, one very well stocked but a bit expensive, and a smaller but cheaper one even closer to the hostel. Subway station is within walking distance if you travel with a backpack. Otherwise plenty of buses stop nearby.
