Nice balcony with the possibility of having breakfast there. The breakfast is very rich! Location is great, just a few meters from the main square. Highly recommended!

Really good experience in Tukawa ! The place is great and staff are really nice and helpful ! Full of advices. If you come around finlandia or salento, you should check it out ! Great activities are proposed by the hostel. I really recommend it and hope I'll be back soon !

I arrived earlier than the check in time but they accommodated me. Fernando helped with all my plans. It's slightly cheaper if you reserve a spot with them for the Santa Rosa Termales. Kitchen was well equiped, had coffee available in the mornings. Very clean. Good hot showers. Great location, the buses to Pereira/termales pass right in front of the hostel.

David is the most attentive and helpful person on the planet

I travelled with my two daughters to Salento and stayed at Reserva Guadalajara in the stunning place of the Cocora Valley. Diego and his staff were very kind, helpful and ensured we were very comfortable. The house was as beautiful and as I dreamt of. Breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect for visiting Salento. We were looking for beautiful country side and near Salento, the best of both worlds! Diego helped us with organising transport to allow us to move within the area and visit any place we were recommended. Diego took my girls horse-riding and as they had never ridden before, Diego made them feel at ease, they had a lovely picnic and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was lovely and we felt very at home at Reserva Guadalajara!

Pat was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We also got cake for my birthday. We would reccomend everyone to stay here. It is very easy to catch the bus to Salento in front of the hostel, just wave to the driver and they will stop for you. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty! If you want to chill here; there are very nice hammocks available. 10/10 points for this place and the service!
