The friendliness of the staff and the quick response to assist as booking.com had a glitch and booked me a family room and they understood when I explained I didn't book a family room and fixed it quick. Surrounded by nature, Tube 'n Axe Backpackers is located in Storms River Village, 14 km from Tsitsikamma National Park. This property is incredible. I stayed in the dorm, the bed were comfortable & squeak free. Large pool, 2 HOT TUBS!!!!!!! Beautiful social firepit area and a restaurant all in one area. Clean & tidy surrounded by the national park.
