Room was quiet. Bathroom was modern, clean. Appreciated free mini-bar refreshments. Very fair price. Bed was hard; pillow and blanket were polyester. Room somewhat sterile. Staff were not familiar with the closings of various museums, sites, in Girona. |

The air conditioning barely worked and it was very hot out. Also the shower off/on was stuck. The single staff person there at check-in was not at all helpful. In the morning when we mentioned our problem with the a/c the staff person didn't charge us for parking -- a nice gesture, but it didn't compensate for a miserable nite. |

A very cool hotel, with modern design and a terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of gerona and the mountains. Staff were very heplful The breakfast @ €16 was very expensive even though they did offer a half price bfast on the saturday. |

The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from Girona, it's up a steep hill so bare this in mind if you are intended to walk into the town. The hotel itself has amazing views from the veranda in front of the hotel and we decided to eat at the hotel instead of face the walk into town. THe food in the hotel was lovely but very pricey! Considering that the hotel has amazing mountain views they do not make the most of this feature as none of the rooms have a view |

The design of the hotel was modern yet comfortable. Service was fantastic and included free mini-bar. There is nothing to criticize in this hotel. If they would add spa services it would be heavenly. |

it was very comfortable, clean & staff were very professional. we did not have breakfast as previous reviewers said it was expensive & not worth the price. We would have liked to use the Bar when we returned late at night but it closed at 12. Therefore, as we only used the rooms of the Hotel, we could have been easily in an Apartment. |

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Breakfast was very expensive 17Euros, so decided not to eat it at the hotel. No option for just a coffee and a croissant which is what we wanted. |

The AC Palau de Bellavista is an excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful especially when it came to reservations at restaurants and other information about the city. The food at their restaurant was also excellent. The hotel is set on the side of a hill overlooking the city and therefore the views from the terrance especially in the evening were simply amazing. The fact that the room was overlooking a courtyard and that apparently all the rooms were overlooking either a side road or an internal courtyard. |

Beautiful views from the front of the hotel, very professional staff, very clean room, huge bed- altogether very comfortable. Don't be put off by the 10 minute walk into town- it's not that bad (and gives some nice views on the way). No Internet access, except on the hotel's pc, costing €6.50 an hour (quite poor for a five-star hotel). |
