A decoração, conforto e o aproveitamento do edifício, assim como a simpatia dos funcionários do hotel: na recepção e ao pequeno-almoço. Quando chegámos, ofereceram uma bebida fresca.

É uma pena que o hotel não tenha vista de mar. A janela do nosso quarto dava para um pátio, onde arrumam coisas do restaurante, é o mesmo que não ter janela e de manhã cedo fizeram algum barulho.

Nice hotel and great location

Check out was a bit slow

The style and design of the hotel was fabulous. Our room was very big, comfortable and airy. The roof top terrace was very relaxing but unfortunately a little too hot at times due to lack of a breeze. However the beach was less than 5 minutes walk away and the temperature was slightly cooler down there. Great holiday and great value for money.

the hotel is located next to the main professionnal and leisure activities, the rooms are quiet.

the technique in the shower is very difficult to operate due to the too soft water; the washing basins are too high. the sofa is hardly usable due to closeness of a metallic table; no other seats; the pool could not be used ( this info was neither given by booking.com nor by the hotel before the stay, no discount for this.

The attitude of the staff is very freindly and positive, keen to help in any way to improve your stay. Spa and pool deck very enjoyable. Quiet comfortable bedrooms, good location close to the old town.

We would have liked to have combined a double bed with a balcony. Wasn't possibe, we did request a double bedded room on booking but had to move to one with a poor view and no balcony.

Staff very friendly

Breakfast was good but a bit overpriced 10-12euro would be more appropriate, pity brekfast was not available as an option rather than just a room rate.

a lovely hotel, though first room we got was tiny with frosted window that looked into ventilation shaft, like a prison, though asked to be moved and with no effort at all was given the room on the website. though beware their is only one room 121 that looks like this so a bit decieving. though no complaints hotel first class though a bit overpriced and more a good four star not five.

pool tiny , not enough loungers, too expensive! and no satelite or pay tv . how can it be five star if it doesnt have a tv system????

We were very disappointed in this hotel and most definately would not class as a 5 star. Room was small and the beds more like childrens beds. Staff had to be found to serve us in the lounge/bar each time we visited and additionally the hotel is located in a run down area of Alicante. We would not return here.
