Instalaçoes de muito bom gosto, café da manhã, tamanho e vista e conforto do quarto,concierge atencioso e com amplo conhecimento,facilidade de locomoção

Economia nos sabonetes(apenas 1 em um quarto para dois) não colocam toucas de banho nos banheiros a não ser q voce peça, assim como também é necessário pedir para fazer a cama a noite,itens que deveriam costar sempre sem solicitação e o secador de cabelo é muito ruim também

Gostei muito do apartamento, grande e confortável, com pequena varanda e uma bela vista. O atendimento nos restaurantes e a comida de ótima qualidade. A gentileza dos funcionários de todos os setores.

The rooms/bathrooms were well appointed. The port/ marina was nearby, and you can catch the tour buses from outside the hotel.

The pool was closed the top floor with the gym was not staffed when we visited and was poor. The first room we got was dirty. The main restaurant in the hotel was closed on the Monday night. I would have preferred to stay in a more central hotel. The area was noisy at night/day with a working port nearby. I did not think the hotel was value for money.

The hotel is in a nice setting on the harbour but not particuarly central and it is not a nice walk to the old town if that is where you wish to spend most of your time,

The rooms are elegant, exceptionally quiet and the the staff is responsive. Rooms are beautifully presented and truly the space in the 26 square meter rooms is huge. The bathroom and separate walk-in closet was beyond expectation. The bed is not the softest you'll find but it doesn't merit complaint, either. We slept well. The peace in the location was a welcome respite from the city.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very responsive. They allowed us to check in early since we had arrived at 1000 the day before our cruise.

There was no small cafe/store near the hotel that was open on the weekend. There is a place near the world trade center but it is closed on weekends. The hotel should consider adding this amenity. If you want to be able to get a coffee/snack, then consider staying on Las Ramblas. We had stayed at the Grand Marina thinking we could get to the cruise terminal by walking but that was not the case and had to pay 11Euro for a taxi. Staying in town in one of the quaint hotels where there is more action would have been much better.
