Gran Ronda

Ficamos apenas uma noite, não houve tempo de desfrutar para saber se a estrutura do hotel era boa ou não.

Houve um acontecimento extremamente desagradável. Na manhã que estávamos saindo, havia um rapaz dentro do hotel, olhando os folhetos, que acreditamos que seria um boy ou ajudante, ou um hóspede. Quando fomos apanhar o taxi, em frente ao hotel, o rapaz saiu (achamos que ía ajudar com as malas), foi até até o banco do motorista e roubou a carteira do taxista. Daí percebemos que era um carterista, ladrão mesmo, dentro do hotel, ao nosso lado, e o recepcionista, que estava na frente não havia feito nada. Nos chocou que ele permitisse que o ladrão estivesse dentro do hotel. Foi muito estranho mesmo. Depois nos disseram que a região é cheia de ladrões.

A localização.

O barulho dos empregados a limpar os quartos, não se podendo dormir depois das 9:00...

funcionários deveriam estar melhor informados sobre transportes e gastronomia da zona

coffee was not so good and breakfast could have more variety......

It was very central, close to the metro station and buses, close to Las Ramblas and the Old town, and it had modern design

The rooms were very small

the hotel location is good and staff are friendly ,facility not good at all,

the bed are too small and short, my girlfriend is tall and bed was very short for her, not design for western. no hot water at all to have shower and no heating at room. we asked they said we work on it , we know that the season start gets cold but for the hotel its just saving electricity,

some of the rooms was terrible because there was juste indoor windows so you could not get fresh air we changed room to one whith an outside window and it was a good room. So the problem whith this hotel is that some rooms i would rate as value 1 and other is a 9.

My husband and I were very impressed with the excellent manner which we were dealt with the the staff on the reception and by the young lady in charge of making sure that all food on the breakfast bar was replenished. They all did an excellent job.,

We were only there for 24 hours, but found everthing in the Hotel to be very pleasurable. Our room was very clean, and we had no complaints.

We found no problems with the Hotel or our room - very comfortable

it's clean, it's near Rambla, for the price I payed (200 evro for 3 nights for two persons) it's very good but this is not luxury, it's appropriate for people who want to see the city and they just sleep in the hotel...

The hotel was wonderful, thank you and thanks to the Gran Ronda hotel.
