O Hotel é muito bom vale a pena ficar nele ,café muito bom funcionários muito amáveis localização boa.

Um hotel calmo, simpático, com funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Bem localizado e com bons acessos aos transportes públicos.

A comida podia melhorar um pouco.

Do atendimento do staff ao nivel de recepção e portaria e profissionalismo do empregados do restaurante.

Hotel a precisar de renovação ao nivel dos quartos.

A localização, o quarto espaçoso, a cama de colchão duro (obrigado Teus), o serviço de apoio, o silencio, o taxi-limo para o aeroporto.

O pequeno almoço em alternativa no 1º andar foi decepcionante e com um serviço fraco.

Qualidade e conforto dos quartos Executive é praticamente identica aos quartos de tarifa normal não se justificando a diferença de preço.

The room and facilities were excellent. The Club facilities in particular were just what I needed at the end of a busy week.

Some staff appeared not to be bothered and several requests went unanswered until I made a further request.

The food was superb, but if you only wanted one plate of salad, it was quite expensive as you were charged a one off cost for a whole buffet

We enjoyed the use of the club facilities and the spa and pool area were some of the best we have used in a hotel.

The breakfast in the main dining room was poor, we did mention this to the receptionist in the club area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to the Nou Camp and relatively well-placed for the metro too, with some reasonably priced, genuine Spanish restaurants nearby.

Our room felt a little tired, and in need of some updating, with a large number of scuff marks on the wall, a large hole above the bath into the floor above as well as tears in the linen - all surprising for a hotel that is at pains to claim it is 5-star on everything from its signage to its slippers. Worth bearing in mind that if you book here you'll need a very big throw to hit all the City's major attractions with a stone.
