Acabei por não ficar neste hotel, pois devido a um "problema" de última hora - do qual não fui avisado - não tinham o quarto que previamente eu tinha reservado. Tive que passar a primeira noite noutro hotel da mesma cadeia o Eurostars Grand Marina, no Porto Velho de Barcelona, longe da localização inicial pretendida. Nem um pedido de desculpa, nem sequer a oferta do valor da dormida. Contratar pessoal mais eficiente e profissional. |

O ambiente e a filosofia do Hotel em geral. Melhorar a segurança, é bastante débil e quase inexistente, conforme explicitei no ato de meu check out. |

localização para um 5* houve muitos serviços a falharem. Não reposição de shampoo e restantes produtos na casa de banho. Parecia que os funcionários ainda não estavam certos do que estavam a fazer. |

We liked everything about this hotel.Its location, the room was fantastic very spacious and modern. The staff were most helpful and courtious. Would definately stay again |

We had a very nice room, it was huge, big round bathtub in the middle, a big outside terrace. The bed was very comfortable. We booked 2 days in advance and we had a really good deal on the price. |

The hotel staff was really nice, rooms were clean. The rooms were very impracticle. There was no place to sit, no window to open. Everything was very narrow, the rooms, the reception. |

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in a very nice part of Barcelona, with very good shopping, dining and points of interest right in the immediate area. The metro stop is also very close by. The hotel itself is very trendy but the beds are very comfortable. Staff usually came through for us on any requests that we made. As can be seen in other reviews, the bathroom situation is a little strange and off-putting. There is just a frosted glass door to the toilet cubicle so privacy is definitely an issue. Also, it is difficult to find a place for towels and toiletries. It would be so easy to correct some of these issues. |

Comfort and commodities sacrificed to design... Bathroom section lacks comfort. No place for soap, for kleenex, to hang bathrobe,to place cosmetics , wash bowls too smalll and faucets badly located,No unloading place , location of hotel hard to find. The entrance to the hotel is sinister, looks like funeral decor?? |

Location ended up being the best feature. Desk staff was very good in dealing with issues. The food offered with breakfast was better than most local eating establishements that offer breakfast. Housekeeping was not good and made me feel like I made a mistake staying at the hotel. Used glasses and coffee cups were not sanitized or replaced, even after I showed front desk how they were wiped and streaked with dirty cloth. Next day, same thing. I had to buy cups to bring into hotel to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions. |

Everything, very spacefull design rooms, new, 2 sinks, in the heart of the city, very, very close to casa batllo, very close to the metro that all the main lines cross, from the other side of the road the hop on hop off bus passes. Very small space to place your things at the bathroom near the 2 sinks. |
