Gostamos bastante do ambiente do hotel, Os quartos são muito confortaveis e acolhedores. O hotel oferece algum "glamour" e não podia estar melhor situado. No entanto não o consideramos um hotel de 5 estrelas. Talvez um 4 estrelas superior.

O hotel tem um ambiente muito próprio o que lhe dá um ar muito característico, não faz sentido mudar nada na estrutura. Penso que poderá evoluir ao nível do serviço. Sendo um hotel de 5 estrelas deverá oferecer algo mais.

Localização e atenção dos funcionários da recepção.

Melhorar o pequeno almoço e reabastecer mini bar.

I do not speak any Spanish but all the Hotel staff spoke perfect English which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The staff of this hotel were both curtious and very helpfull in all matters.I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bilbao whether on Business or a holiday.

Large foyer area and fastest lift I have ever been in! Design of furnishings was striking.

Standard of cleanliness in our room was bad. Carper was dusty and had bits on it. I walked into bathroom with bare feet to find that there were shards of broken glass on the floor. Also hairs around the bath. The bathroom floor was cleaned on request. Minibar had only 1 glass in the cupboard and the bottom of the fridge was awash with water. Housekeeping staff need better training as these standards are way below what I would expect of a hotel of this quality.

Well located hotel, within easy walking distance to both the Guggenheim and the characterful narrow streets of the old Caco Viejo district. Nice quiet spacious double room with lovely bathroom. The breakfast buffet and cooked-to-order offers lots of choice. Staff are attentive as you would expect. As I said on leaving, I will stay there again when I hope to see more of the city of Bilbao.

WOW! The gentleman that greets guests at the door made for a very impressive introduction to the hotel. Nice that he offered to park the car. Front desk staff was always helpful. Gentleman in the bar could have been a little more attentive.

All round service you would expect from a luxury hotel. Will book this hotel again when I go to Bilbao.

Beds a bit too soft

It was just catastrophic! It’s not at all a 5* Hotel! The superior room was so ugly: carpet and furniture very old, dirty and ugly. All in the bathroom was destroyed, old or broken. As we complained, we got an other one and it was as bad as the first. There were even holes in the floor under the carpet everywhere! TOO MUCH! Bar closed at 22h. Int.ernet was an old computer with virus and a Win 98!

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas: el mozo ni aparece cuando llegas con maletas ni cuando te vas, el aire acondicionado está estropeado y al ofrecernos otra habitación también está estropeado, la habitación huele a cigarrillo a pesar de ser "no fumador", no reponen el bar, fuimos al restaurante a cenar y no había nadie ni camareros ni maître y nos largamos a otro restaurante....es el clásico hotel antiguo que no saben ponerse al dia.
