Da centralidade do hotel. Remodelação dos quartos, nomeadamente a substituição das alcatifas que apresentam manchas, bem como de algum mobiliário. Necessidade de maior controle dos acessos e vigilância nos diferentes pisos, nomeadamente através de câmaras. |

Com certeza recomendo o hotel. Tem ótima localização, uma piscina e restaurante com uma vista incrível para Alhambra. Além disso, o restaurante tem ótima comida e atendimento simpático. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito atenciosos, conseguindo para mim inclusive horários de trem e ônibus para minha ida a próxima cidade do meu roteiro. Tive a sorte de ter o quarto tb com vista para a Alhambra O melhor hotel que fiquei com relação a serviços. Não deixem de ir a um show de Flamenco e passear pelo bairro de Albaicín, além da Alhambra, é claro. |

The location in the city is ideal; the rooftop facilities and view are an excellent attraction. Not a welcoming experience by the front desk on arrival...very abrupt and dispassionate. The room door key was slackand locked itselfon twooccasions. But the repairman was very prompt and pleasant. |

I have stayed at the 'Carmen' at least 6 times previously.The large entrance hall is impressive and spotless .The hotel is also centrally situated so one can garage the car for the duration of the stay.Having 'El Corte Ingles and a taxi rank opposite the hotel is quite handy Room 329, which was allocated to me, is a disaster. The toilet seat is in a cramped corner of the bathroom and the bedroom was a boiler room despite the air conditioning .The fact that the window lacked an awning,unlike the adjoining bedrooms on that facade of the building made matters worse.Needless to say, I asked to be moved to another room and my request was complied with the following morning |

The rooftop swimming pool and terrace was fantastic with amazing views They didnt have an iron! And the extra bed they put in our double room (we had booked a triple) was terribly uncomfortable |

The front desk staff was helpful with my missing luggage. They also were very helpful to a non-Spanish speaker. Only channel in English and the bartender was rude! |

The hotel was very well located and was very smart. We particularly liked the rooftop bar with views across the city and to the mountains. Unfortunately it was very hot during our stay but the air conditioning in our room was not effective which gave some uncomfortable nights. |

It was a different kind from the chains but had all the conveniences. I liked the pool and the view at the top. The staff was very helpful. |

The hotel is centrally located in Granada, and the rooftop has views over the city which is really lovely. The pictures of the hotel pool and the last room on the booking.com website are misleading. The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. It might have been 4 star in the 60s, but not today. Nevertheless, for the price we paid we were happy with it (50 euro). |

Hotel is just at the heart of the city. Location is great. Pool on the terrace is wonderfull. At 40 degree weather, it was so cold that anything can not be more relaxing than that. Price is great! Breakfast was expensive. My advice would be eating outside. |
