o quarto não tinha janela e era atrás das salas do restaurante (com acesso através do restaurante, barulho, cheiros, etc.)

A simpatia dos funcionários é de "top" para quem espera simpatia e proximidade humana. Afectuosos e sempre disponíveis, fizeram-nos sentir em casa. A localização é excelente. Pode-se conhecer os principais pontos de interesse a pé.

Pareceu-me que o hostal está instalado num edifício antigo recuperado para a actual utilização. é pena que não tivesse sido conseguido um melhor isolamento acústico e térmico. O ar condicionado tem de estar sempre ligado, ou, então, o edifício absorve todo o calor exterior.

Infelizmente não posso dizer que gostei.Detestei.Dormir ali é como se dormisse na rua.O barulho dos carros a passar e o não isolamento dos quartos, o bater de portas a qualquer hora da noite, as malas e outros a arrastar nos corredores sem passadeira o abrir e fechar do elevador, fez com que não conseguisse dormir e ficasse com nauseas e tonturas quando me levantei pela manhã, por volta das 5 da...

A localização é boa para quem passa 1 ou duas noites na cidade para a visitar.Mas terá que a nivel de estruturas fazer alterações.Isolamento de portas e janelas.Passadeiras pelos corredores para que não se sinta o arrastamento a toda a hora de coisas.Mobilias em mau estado.O viajante precisa de uma boa cama para dormir, e ali não existe.

quiet, small hotel within walking distance of all the sights the city has to offer.

staff was very nice, but spoke minimal english

the hotel was clean and friendly very central for sightseeing, plenty of cafes within walking distance.

Kindness of staff when my window leaked. Did not charge me for the stay.

My room had no window except for a velux, which would not shut during a rainstorm and so my face and pillow was soaked. However the staff on duty sorted me out at 5am! Got a ladder and closed the window manually

Great location just next to Mezquita walls, close to all main tourist attractions, large rooms with good facilities, elevator available, good ratio quality/price.

thin walls- if someone was making noise at night it was heard in the room, but this is rather normal in spanish hostels

Troublesome because of the access road repair.

Location , location, location! Excellent position to explore the old city and comortable and clean. We were lucky as the rooms had been cleaned early and we could drop our stuff off and start exploring early. The place had been recently renovated.

The noise from other rooms and the internet was not available except in the foyer although advertised as available everywhere in the building. Their car parking( not free but private) was over 1 km away from the hotel and you had to walk with one of their staff to the parking station to access your vehicle.

The location was great and the room was clean and with simple comfort.

The bathroom was smelly something was wrong with pipes or something like this. It was too noisy especially in the morning - the reconstruction of the bridge and the staff.
