Gostei mais do ambiente tipicamente sevilhano, do "charm" do Hotel e dos cuidados nos detalhes pçara tornar mais confortável a estadia dos hóspedes. Sugerimos a colocação de um tapete de banheiro para ser colocado dentro da banheira, a fim de evitar que os hóspedes escorreguem na mesma |

A excelente atenção profissional dispensada pelos funcionários e a gentileza do staff em oferecer o café da manhã, embalado para viagem, no dia do meu check-out, que foi as 7h da manhã. Com relação ao quarto oferecido pelo hotel, não foi exatamente o esperado, pois o mesmo era pequeno, estando situado logo acima do restaurante, onde o barulho durante a noite e o forte cheiro de comida incomodavam. Como o hotel estava repleto, não solicitei a troca de quarto. Outra ponto que pode ser melhorado pelo hotel é o horário de início do o café da manhã, antecipado para as 7:30h. |

It's an attractive old building in a central part of the city excellent for access to tapas bars and old town. The room was tiny and lacked character - it reminded me of a room in one of those motel developments. The brochure shows much more characterful and larger rooms, I must have been unlucky. |

Very central to the old quarter. Room had very good air conditioner.Modern bathroom facilities. Polite,helpful staff.Almost no back ground noise.Hotel restaurant very good. Hotel ordered taxi and the driver walked to the hotel to collect the bags and lead us back to the car. Also close to several other good eating places for extra choice.We would use this hotel in future. Difficult to locate on arrival as taxi left us on the edge of the pedestrianised zone.Entrance on narrow alley off the main walkways which are very confusing at first. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to history, restaurants and shops. Only a short walk into city centre The walls of the rooms were thin, so quite noisy. |

This is a very Charming Hotel,the staff are very nice and helpful.Its very clean and modern inside.Very nicely situated.Great value for money.Highly recommended n will return with family. |

Great location in the Santa Cruz barrio. Very pleasant design and friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet and a computer available for guest use free of charge. |

I loved everything about it. Perfect setting and beautiful hotel. The beds were some of the comfiest we have ever slept it, and the pillows were divine. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to come again and would recommend it. This was our favourite of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our 10 day trip to Spain. |

Loved the charm of the hotel and the room. The bed was comfortable and the bath was great. The staff was more than willing to suggest places to go and spoke English when our Spanish was inadequate. We could have spent our entire vacation here. |
