Melhorar certas soluções : guarda fato, localização do relógio,mobiliário ( poltronas, casa de banho )...

Um serviço de limpeza mais cuidado; simpatia dos funcionários; criar uma sala de estar. Numa cidade como Sevilha urge indicar o hotel ao longo da cidade onde não vimos nenhuma placa, implicando a tentativa de o localizar durante 1h (inacreditável!).

The location is absolutely great. The bar on top has dramatic views of the Giralda. The breakfast is very good.

The staff is your typical "beautiful people" with attitude. Not a single greeting, very poor communication skills, unfriendly and condescending! I guess you have to be an international superstar to get a "Hello" at this hotel.

The Fusion is an oasis - a cool, dark and quiet escape from the bustle that surrounds. The rooftop terrace is spectacular, the staff attentive, and the design on par with the most modern boutique hotels in the world.

It is virtually impossible to access by car, and no mention of this is made via the internet; the music didn't stop until ~2am (which was fine), but when the power went out sometime overnight there was seemingly zero attention paid to the early hour (6am) or to the fact that dozens of guests were trying to sleep. Our stay was lovely - our sleep was most certainly not.

The city centre location was ideal. The staff were most helpful and the surroundings palacial.

My stay was absolutely great. I felt at home all relaxed in a beautiful surrounding. Thank you.

The noise was awful, could not sleep. This was hotel noise not caused by traffic in the street. Also there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel for one of the days of the stay. The room/bar service was very slow. We ordered a drink from the bar to be brought to us by pool on roof top terrace, this took over 30mins to get to us. No view at all from room, very dark.
