Ficamos esperando na rua durante 1hora e meia sob um sol de 37 graus, pois não havia como entrar e nem onde esperar naquilo que vcs chamam de hotel. Não há nenhum funcionário no estabelecimento. Quem nos ajudou foi uma hópede que tinha feito reserva com vcs e também ficou surpresa com o fato da chave ficar numa caixa que se abre com uma senha que é enviada por e-mail. Esta senha chegou no meu email 2 dias depois da minha partida para Espanha, onde não tinha nenhuma razão para ler os meus emails. Fizemos uma reclamação num posto de informações turisticas e eles nos disseram que aquilo nunca foi um hotel e que o erro era da booking.com por inclui-lo numa lista de hoteis. Estamos esperando uma resposta da secretaria de turismo da Catalunha.

Retirar esta empresa da lista de hoteis pois aquilo não é um hotel. Não gostaria de perder a confiança que sempre tive nas reservas de hoteis pela booking.com. No dia 19/07 havia uma outra hospede, que não sei se utilizou os serviços da booking, que também estava perdida com a falta de um funcionário que pudesse dar alguma informação sobre as necessidades de um turista. As únicas três pessoas que encontras no "hotel" estavam se sentindo lesadas.

Gostei do facto de ser no centro da cidade do conforto e especialmente do ambiente familiar. A proprietária foi espetacular como estava com problemas com a ligação da internet, ela emprestou-me o seu próprio computador e mostrou-se sempre pronta a colmatar qualquer problema que surgisse. O meu muito obrigada pela excelente estadia.

Large room with nice kitchen facility. Good location in Gerona.

There was no staff. A woman who may have been a housekeeper left us in when we couldnt open the mailbox t retrieve the key. Some tenants on one evening were really drunk and making noise and there was no one on site to deal with them.

Location excellent for visiting historic Girona. 5 minutes walk from cathedral, main eating / shopping area, 20 minutes walk train & bus station. Large comfortable bed. Cleanliness was good (apart from previous use of room by smokers).

The apartment had been recently used by heavy smokers. The curtains were heavilly polluted giving the room an unpleasant odour. The curtains should have been washed before letting the room again. The bed-settee was even more polluted and I don't think anybody would have liked to sleep on it. It should have been sent to the skip. The coffee maker was antiquated and made only one cup at a time! There was no toaster. The front of the microwave was broken. There were only two teaspoons! This apartment-hotel could have been very good but I can only recommend it with reservations.

Good and comfortable space. We had everything we needed, staff was very helpful and sorted us out with an iron and ironing board. Beautiful views. Good location.

No pool.

We had a delightful apartment in a lovely part of Girona. Very conveniently situated - near the main market and station. The old city is beautiful to wander around. We had everything we needed in the apartment and were very comfortable.

No, this is the second time we have been and I hope to stay there again

Excdellent situation in old town close to cathedral and up away from the busy streets closer to the river. Very hot early August, but cooling systems worked well. Strongly recommended for a couple like us in our early fifties, still fit enough to climb the many short but steep flights of street steps at the end of the day. Worth the climb.

Quite central, nice rooms. Overall good relation price/comfort.

We didn't have any direct contact with the personnel on site. Only e-mail, which we couldn't read in time. Apart from this, we didn't have any problem anyway...

If possible book a room to the rear with balcony & view over garden

Very good standard of apartment and excellent location but extremely hard to find. The map that was sent by the staff is not adequate even when used with google maps.

Enjoyed very much how the apartments are restored in an authentic fashion - the location of the apartments backing on to the old city walls is very nice. The location is also so convenient for shops and restaurants.

Would recommend a notice in the hall to remind people not to make noise during the night.
