A localização é perfeita. Dá para ir a vários locais importantes à pé e fica no meio do centro histórico. E na própria rua há diversos locais para tomar café, bem ao estilo local. Os quartos são amplos e muito bem conservados O pessoal da recepção pode ser mais bem treinado. |

very good location, right in the city centre, just few mins walk to the caterdral and Alcazar, staff is nice, though some of them may not very good in english but they still try to offer their help to us |

location was very good. no street noise. comfy beds. No internet access via cable or wifi was available. We were advised that there was access in the public area but this did not work either. The problem seemed to be that a password was needed but this was not given to us. Staff did not seem to be interested in the problem although it was important to us and was very frustrating. |

Location is unbeatable as the hotel is very close to the top two sights in Serville and the restaurant and night scenes. The hotel room is very small (we booked a double) but sufficient for a short stay. WIFI was not working even in the public area as advertised on the website and told by the hotel front desk. We tried numerous times on our first and second day but never got it to work. I think the signal was too weak. Anyway, we found out later that Serville has hot spots in several major squares which offer free WIFI. |

This hotel is a little gem. It is ideally situated for sightseeing and there are wonderful tapas bars and eating places in the same street, The hotel itself is spotless, and our room was quite spacious with modern furniture and nice bathroom. It may only have one star, but I have stayed in lots of three star hotels which were inferior in presentation and quality of service. The only downside is the lack of breakfast although we didn't have far to walk to find nice places to eat. |

Ligt in het centrum.Zeer mooi gerenoveerd. En ook de lift was een uitkomst. Helaas wel slecht bereikbaar met de auto. Het was een benauwd Hotel ondanks de airco. Bij aankomst 's avondslaat was er een man personeel die totaal geen Engels verstond en dus ook niet spraak. Hij wilde onze paspoorten niet teruggeven. Ons inziens is het toonen voldoende en een kopie maken of informatie overschrijven moet voldoende zijn. We kregen onze paspoorten eerst de volgende dag terug. Dit hoort niet meer zo te zijn zeker niet als landen die beiden tot de Europese unie behoren. Ook werd mijn vraag die ik bij de reservering had gesteld nooit beantwoord. Na een telefoontje kon mij me niets zeggen omdat men niet voldoende Engels sprak en me daardoor niet kon helpen met mijn vraag. |

Es muy céntrico, tranquilo y acogedor...y lo que más me impresionó es lo limpio que estaba todo. Lo único que no nos fue práctico, pero que es igual en cualquier hotel, es el hecho de tener que dejar la habitación antes de las 12h. |

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen, vlakbij de Giralda. Het comfort is erg goed en het personeel erg behulpzaam. Ontbijt is niet mogelijk, maar in de onmiddellijke omgeving vind je voldoende gelegenheden. Aan te raden! |
