This hotel was well located within walking distance of great eating spots, and of the major sights. Our room was quiet and very comfortable with two balconies looking onto a quiet courtyard. Would stay here again. |

The centrality, the reasonable quality/price The staff was very rude when we check out, on the borderline of being offensive, |

The hotel was very close to the center of town. Shopping and restraunts were very accessable. The hotel is very difficult to find. The underground parking is a hassle and spaces are very narrow for larger cars (we had a 4-door Mercedes and had problems because of the narrow spaces), the rooms feel clostrophobic (very small), the bath had no ventilation other than an open window to the courtyard which allows others to see everything, the bed was horribly uncomfortable- we had run into other guests at the hotel who made the same comments about not being able to sleep because the beds were so hard. Hotel staff was impatient and rude to non-spanish speaking travelers. This should be a three star hotel at best... We will not stay at this property again- If it were not for the rest of our trip to Granada, we would never go back. |

The location was good, within walking distance of shops and restaurants This is definately not a 4 star hotel. It is located in a back street off a main plaza. The service was hit and miss, there was no one to help with our luggage when we got there, when I asked for help the receptionist just shrugged and said she was alone there. Poor soundproofing of rooms. The rooms were small and dingy, we were very depressed upon seeing them, I had to ask to change my parents room the next day as I could'nt bear the thought of them having to stay in the dark and tiny room they were given at first. The room they got changed to was better but the shower screen would not close, flooding the bathroom every time the shower was used. Our triple room was supposed to be for 3 adults but was tiny, could barely move between beds. |

Characteristic moresque architecture and decoration (including furniture in the rooms). Pefect location in the heart of the city, but in a quiet and pleasant street. The bathroom is equipped with the bidet (fundamental for latin and japanese clients). My room (1st floor, entrance towards the main hall) was quite noisy. The characteristic patio of the entrance hall has a nice glass ceiling, which amplifies every whisper at the highest floors. Some carpets in the entrance hall and main walking passages should help. |

The location of the hotel was right in the centre of the older part of Granada, near to the Cathedral and with a car park underneath. We left the car there for 2 days and walked everywhere - it is not an easy city to drive in if you do not know your way. Very convenient for visiting Alhambra and Albaycin district. Numerous restaurants and tapas bars nearby. The hotel only did breakfast which was expensive. However, with so many bars and restaurants near to the hotel, it was not really a problem. It is not easy to drive to the hotel because of the narrow streets and many one way systems - make sure you have a good map and directions on how to get there. |

Very attractive entrance hall. Beautiful and very clean bathroom. Excellent location, comfortable, good service, very good price and value. Internet signal too weak to reach my room, had to go near to reception, you need better equipment. Could hear corridor music while going to sleep. |

Great location, right in the city center. Easy access to monuments and public transportation. Beautiful arhitecture and decoration of the lobby and rooms, at a very good price (we reserved at a discounted promotional price). A more detailed map and directions for travellers who want to reach the hotel by public transportation should be posted on the hotel site. Also free access to a computer with internet connection would be a plus. At the moment the hotel charges for the use of computer (much more expensive than an internet-cafe in the city center). |

The location was ideal for us. Set in a small square to one side of a busier area near the main road through the City. It was consequently fairly quite despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Granada including shops and the Cathedral. Also it was only a short walk from the Alhambra and Arabic quarter. The supplied toiletries were rather basic in the bathroom. |

Hotel hall is lovely. Very well located, in a quiet zone but near all that Granada has best. Air conditioning was noisy and directed to the bed, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Bathroom (toilet) wasn't clean. |
