A limpeza dos quartos, a localização é bem central e proximo da praia, fica fácil para chegar em qq lugar.

O atendimento da recepção é pessimo, logo que cheguei, paguei o mesmo quarto, no mesmo valor que minhas amigas, colocaram elas num andar alto e com varanda e eu no terreo num quarto minusculo, sem varanda e qdo vc abria a janela tinha tijolos. Fora que o quarto cheirava a mofo. Fui reclamar na recepção e me disseram que naum tinham mais quartos (ps: nao era temporada e o hotel estava vazio). Fui reclamar na gerencia, ai sim me colocaram em um quarto bom, na verdade no quarto que eu paguei e tinha todo direito. Na recepção não dava para perguntar nada , o atendimento era tão ruim que não tinha condiçoes. Em relação as instalações do hotel são boas, a unica coisa é q vc escuta tudo do quarto do lado e do de cima ou seja ficar em temporada nau

The staff were very friendly and willing to assist us whenever we wanted it or needed it. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we had a great view. It was nice to see that a hotel that advertised that it was on the beach was actually on the beach. Good location

I like the location, it was very close to sea and center to Ibiza.15 minutes walk to center.it was a good value for money comparing to other hotels and hostels.I would recomend for clubbers clean, friendly staff and very close to beach

My room was spacious but no window view, I felt uncomfortable not having a balcony or window view.Hotel staff was understanding changed my room.

Shower facility for clients with late flight, who spent the day at the beach after checking out at noon. Excellent.

I love the location, on seafront. The staff are helpful and friendly, particularly on reception and Monica downstairs in the restaurant/bar who always seems to be working and always has a smile for everyone. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for value!

Covenient

It was a great deal for money! Breakfast eat as much as you can for only 6E. It is situated 20m next to sea. Just great. There are some good reastaurants next to it and a big parking just 200m further behind the hotel what is a great advantage on bit overcrowded Ibiza Island.

Industrial nosie of a cooling unit probably under the window. Annoying over the night.On the other hand I can imagine that over main seasons tourists are much louder :) So it was not that important.

Great view of the sea.

The walls were so thin that we could hear the conversations in the next rooms as if we were in the same room, room was unclean and the beds were very hard and had the springs poking out, it seemed safe enough and for the rate we weren't expecting much, just don't expect much sleep or any quiet! Staff was aggitated when we didn't speak spanish even if we tried.
