A localização é muito boa, perto da estação de trem, metrô e do parque do retiro. O ambiente é bom, com instalações bem confortáveis.

Hotel localizado próximo a estação Puerta Atocha (renfe). Fácial acesso ao metrô, localiza-se numa avenida calma.

Relação preço-localização (se feita com antecedência sai um preço bem razoável)

We stayed two nights and the relation confort-price is excellent, if you take care to confirm over phone that you want one bed for two persons you will get it, really good price, comfortable room and bed and clean. Only problem are the walls, a bit slim and you can listen outside. Good location 5 minutes to metro Atocha, 3 metro stops to Sol (city center)

This was the second time we stayed at Hotel Agumar. The hotel itself was nice and our room had 2 twin beds and a twin fold out bed. The hotel was quiet and clean. The location is a short 8 minute walk from the Madrid Atocha train station where the metro can also be caught. There were plenty of local stores and places to eat within a few minutes of the hotel. The large park just north of the Hotel had a fabulous rose garden in full bloom.

We had a horrible sewer odor in our room when we got there. After bringing it to the attention of the hotel staff, a cleaning person came and srpayed some air freshener. The smell returned within 5 minutes. We complained again and they said they would send someone to look at it - we left and went out to eat. When we returned, the smell had finally been cleared. I am pretty sure the floor drain seal had evaporated and the sewer odor was coming from it. I believe they poored water down the floor drain to re-seal the trap.

Location (close do Train Station atocha renfe and Prado Museum), Breakfast and Laundry (good value for money on both services).

Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent cost/benefice.

The hotel did not provide us with the room we had booked, and were not helpful in dealing with the situation. Otherwise standard hotel with fine location.

Good location, close to museums and delightful Retiro Park. Room and bathroom very clean. Not many cafes next hotel but short walk east gets you to Cafeteria Paris (very popular with locals).

I came late in the evening from the airport and continued next morning from Atocha Railway Station. For this purpose this hotel was best possible.
