No dia 1 de Setembro, quando fiz a reserva, o hotel disponibilizava serviço de transfer anunciado na descrição dos serviços da página da Booking, o que não é verdade. Depois da minha reclamação no hotel, foi retirado o serviço, tentando dizer que nunca este disponivel. Espero uma resposta da Booking. A opção por este hotel foi só por um serviço que ãnunciado e que não existia. Considero um engano ao cliente |

amabilidade do pessoal e o serviço . Manutenção - serviços técnicos - não existente . Depois de ter reclamado no primeiro dia sobre o facto de o mármore do chão dacasa de banho estar partido nunca foi reparado causando muito incómodo para não ferir os pés na pedra cortante . |

The location is excellent, the hotel is not anything special but adecvate. Room was spacious, breakfast very good and staff is very helpful. Free wireless internet even in the room was highly appreciated. We stayed on the sixth floor attic - it was rather dark. |

The excellent front desk service, room was very comfortable and location perfect for Metro ans within walkin distance to major city attractions Confusing lay-out and cheaper breakfast option should be offered ( alternatively provide coffee/tea option in rooom) |

All the staff on the front desk spoke good English Bathroom could have been larger but it was OK. Have no criticism of the hotel, (Madrid is currently a building site but that's not the hotel's fault, would reccomend anyone to delay a visit till next year) |

Very nice hotel, especially for the price we paid. Location walkable to main areas of Madrid where we wanted to go, so we explored without needing to even take the train. Staff was pleasant and helpful. |

The staff were very helpful, particularly the receptionist when we asked for advice about where to eat ---- there is an amazing steak house right around te corner. The room was very large and comfortable, with a large, clean bathroom and a really decent shower. In additition to these positive features, the location of the hotel is ideal for tourists or shoppers wanting to base themselves in central Madrid. |

Excellent value. Good location, good service, comfortable and clean room, TV with English language channels. Breakfast is not cheap, but there are 1000 (literally) options outside. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is nice and helpful. My smoking preferences were taken into account. It's not convenient to climb the stairs with suitcases. |

Hotel is well placed respect public transportation from/ to airport and also it allows making walks in the city center easily. Rooms are nice and enough clean. No breakfast foreseen for the chosen price; there are no coffee machines in rooms, as I have found elsewhere in other hotels of the same category. |

The location of the hotel was very central and the room was very clean. The staff was very nice anytime we asked for anything. The rooms are not sound proof at all and you could hear what the persons next door were doing as if they were in your own room. Also, the heat did not work for two nights and my room was freezing but when I asked the staff to check it they did fix it. |
