Praticidade. Em boa posição na Gran. Estação de metrô próxima e possibilidade de passeio em sítios próximos. Tome cuidado com o chuveiro do Hotel que ele pode cair sobre sua cabeça. Se eu não tivesse levado minha reserva impressa teria problemas, pois não estava regisrtrada a reserva nos controles do Hotel. Foi exigido que eu assinasse a boleta impressa do cartão de crédito, após impressão, o que não se justifica, pois o cartão de crédito tem chip e requer assinatura eletrônica, e no papel impresso do próprio cartão é dispensada a assinatura. Nem conferência da assinatura foi feita, o que é uma incongruência e provoca apenas constrangimento no hóspede... |

Location was perfect; bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, i think it was every other day when the maid cleaned up the rooms. And the lady at the reception was really helpful and spoke good english. The noise coming from constructions was a bit disturbing, but one can live with that. The lock of the toilet didn't work though. Still, again, one can live with that. Only real minuses was that every time you want to re-lock your safety box, u have to pay 1 euro and the wlan wasn't free of charge, as it should be. Overall, hostal was a good experience. |

Staff is nice, and maybe thats all you can get in this city for this price. Room was unpleasent, not clean and smely. You can hear everything on the other rooms. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but overall the standard of the hotel was very much according to its price. You get what you pay for and for 30 euros a night it was reasonable. |

Conveniently located on Gran Via. We were appalled that one day we came back and the house cleaner had left our room door wide open all day. We didn't even get an apology, and we were so lucky that all our stuff was not stolen. We did not like that you have to hand back your key at reception, then ring the door bell to get let in every time. Once we had to wait nearly 10 minutes at the door to get let in. |

Very happy with the Hotel, its central, walking distance to most sites, and about 100 metres from the Metro, which is 30 minutes from the airport. Staff friendly, hotel clean, good security if you stay out late. Great value for money. Room was a little small, but considering the price we paid it was more than adequate. |

The room was very clean and had housekeeping everyday. The heating didnt work - which left me very cold at night. They couldnt improve it, so all I got was an extra blanket the next night. Even though the room was single, I expect a door at the bathroom! The staff was rather rude to me. |
