O quarto é bastante grande, dois ambientes: sala e quarto e uma mini cozinha com fogão, panelas, pratos e talheres. Não é no centro turístico mas é bem próximo e ao lado do metrô. Custo/Benefício Excelente! Recomendo totalmente! Não é luxuoso. É prático! Não espere serviços de hotelaria, pense que você está reservando um apartamento para sua estadia em Madri e não um hotel. |

Está localizado perto do Metro. Tem cozinha (pode passar despercebida porque está dentro de o que seria um roupeiro) e máquina de lavar roupa (para quem vá com tempo deve ser muito bom). É bom para quem vá visitar a cidade e não passe muito tempo no apartamento. Seria bom mudarem o mobiliário uma vez que aquele já é velho e deteriorado. As colchas das camas estavam com algumas nódoas, o que não é de todo profissional. |

Gostei do estilo por ser um apartamento completo. Eu aproveitei e fiz almoço porque tinha fogão e se eu tivesse tempo lavaria até roupa, pois tem máquina de lavar! |

much better then a hotel, u have everything u need to cook, wash ur clothes + AC+ living room (TV)+ very good price (42 euros/night/2 persons), very calm there was no soap to clean ur hands but in the shower there was a bottle half filled with shampoo/shower gel, a little bit far from the center of madrid but very close to the metro station |

Very close to a mtero station, not too far from the city center. Room cleaner ringed to our door in 09:45 of Saturday Morning and awoked us!! City district is not the best - too many persons looking like homeless and drinkers on the street, including a square near the metro station. Thde district looks like a bit immigrant-oriented. |

Convinient location to tube station (Prosperidad) and local shops. Air condition. Good value for money for city break. Facilities are fair, but it is apartment rather hotel. Very small balcony, used kitchen. |

It was within walking distance of a tube station and reasonably easy to find with a map. although the man at the desk at the time we arrived (before 4pm) did not speak english he managed to communicate what we needed to know. Supermarket just down the road and a number of small restaurants nearby. Room was basic but nice to have a separate bedroom and lounge. Kitchen basic but functional. Washing machine a definite advantage - take a rope and pegs for drying though. Bathroom was dated and a bit grotty - wouldn´t have a bath there. |

AC, clean, private kitchenette, quiet, cheap, shops near by, 20 min to the centre by metro for only 1 euro, as well as only 30 min from the airport. the area is average, but in a way it is good to be in a non touristy spot. |

Good location (not in the very center but well connected and not far from the metro station itself). If you are arriving late, check with the hotel about your keys (they will normally leave it in a hotel nearby). |

Excellent value for money; easy access to Metro for travel around Madrid; market, supermarket, shops, etc. all very near. Neighbourhood seems safe during day and night. |

I liked these apartments. There was nothing wrong. It was peaceful around, close to metro station, rooms were clean. I liked that there were no staff in the evening - Felt like home. It was really hard to find. Hardly any locals even knew about it. Then we arrived on friday at 9 PM and doors were closed. Hopefully there were note saying that we could find the keys at the other hotel. Reception staff - man didn't speak english at all and was looking at us crazy. |

The hotel staff was wonderful and extremely helpful! The room was clean and I really liked the mini-terrace. I was able to open the doors and get fresh air. This is a solid hotel. Fantastic value! My room smelled like smoke. |

The accommodation was clean and spacious. Very close to metro and bus services. nice area. Having to go to another site to collect key on arrival. We were not notified of this, in advance, despite having emailed our arrival time. No kettle or toaster in kitchen. Details on how to use cooker not available. No English tv channels. |

The hotel has good location, close to the metro (two blocks away) and confortable beds The reception is close at night and there is no information on the site regarding it. We had a terrible experience because we arrived after 9:00 pm (put in the comments on the booking) and it was all close. By luck we found the keys in another hotel in area when we were already looking for available rooms. Too noise, smells smoke and heating system wasn't working properly - very warn!!!! |

The room was big and comfortable, was in an area close to metro. Nice that it had a balcony. Good value for money. Some of the hotel staff were very unhelpful. One in particular did not speak any english, or make any effort to try and help and was very rude. The furniture in the room was a little run down. |
