gostei da localização do hotel, a simpatia da maioria dos funcionários, a limpeza dos quartos e areas comuns, a comida também estava de acordo com o tipo de hotel, embora a secção de grelhados pudesse ter mais variedade.

no quarto só haviam 2 almofadas, e penso que para um hotel de 5 estrelas, deveriam haver pelo menos 4 almofadas na cama. (mais confortavel)

for a five star hotel i taught you would have screens on your balcony doorrs for to keep out mosquitos my wife and i had to see a doctor over there and i had to see a doctor here in ireland when i came home.

Impressive hotel located on the beach, Would recommend an upgrade to the top rooms, so you have the large roof terrace and hot tub. Hotel Staff very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and where to go. A top class hotel

One thing about this hotel is that it was sometimes inconsistant, as in, one day we would have 9 towels the next 2, then no shower gel for 2 days so had to call, plus if you want ice, thats an extra 6 euros!

The hotel was good. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect: just on the beach! I like this hotel! There was only one problem: very thick wall. I couldn hear my nearbers, like they was in my room!

Excellent outside full option breakfast - real swimming pool - nice tastefull furnished room/bathroom - classy hotel

Local internet was payable (should be free for a *****) - poor road directions (street not available on GPS) - expensive drinks - relatively small room - minibar was not working

We Liked the location of the hotel right in front of the sea, even if we had only a partial view of the hotel. Our room at the 4th floor was quite sunny and the balcony was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of foods. Staff was friendly and helpful

We paid a higher rate to get a room with a sea view and what we got was a room with a "partial"sea view. There weren't enough sun beds on the beach for hotel residents, so we had to rent from the nearby restaurant at 15 Euros each. The location is not that near to puerto banus itself, yes it is a walking distance but only in the morning, at night, there are no lights and it is not advisable to walk. Since we had a car, the hotel charged us for hotel parking- I believe this should have been complementary for hotel guests.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Hotel. It was not just clean, comfortable and luxurious, the staff count for everything and every single person we meet could not do enough to help us and make our stay more enjoyable. I am currently arranging some dates for a girlie trip next year. Will will be back.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the upgrade to a junior suite on arrival was amazing. It was best of both worlds with the pool and beach so near. Really nice hotel and would go back again.

Only the location, it was only a 15 min walk to the Marina along the beach but at night it was not advisable to walk this route so we needed to get taxis.
