A TV estava cheia de Chuva e não se via os canais. Á saida dos elevadores não existe qualquer indicação dos quartos que para um hotel desta dimensão é um problema.

Sinceramente,não gostei do Hotel,em especial do pessoal da recepção.Ao fim dos dois dias mudei-me para o Hotel Amaraguas em Benalmadena ,onde pelo mesmo preço fui muito melhor servido.Nuno A.Duarte

Localização muito boa. Piscina e zona envolvente muito agradáveis. Bom isolamento acústico, apesar de perto de uma via rápida.

Sendo permitido fumar, deveria haver andares unicamente para não fumadores. Apesar de termos pedido um quarto de não-fumadores, havia um cheiro de tabaco muito intenso no quarto, provavelmente entranhado em cortinados, móveis e paredes.

Para um hotel com esta qualidade deixou muito a desejar, não tive WIFi estava off, colocaram-me a 5kms do elevador mais próximo e tentei aquecer o quarto porque estava frio e não consegui.

yes, I specifically asked the receptionist that if there was any charges for local phone calls. I was told no charges for under 3 minutes calls. Upon checking I was given a 25 Euro phone bill for mostly unasnwered phone calls. What a surprise! Very nasty move!

we had the use of the privelege room which was very good. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was very good.

for a privelege deluxe room we felt it was a bit small and it had twin beds just pushed together to make a double which moved apart in the night.

Comfortable room, very nice staff and lovely tasty dinner and breakfast.

Hotel corridors smelt a bit musty, but the main atrium, dining room and the room were perfect.

The food was good, & the hotel decor was good.

We felt that the staff in the dinning room were less than friendly, whilst in the bar area there was a shortage of staff waiting on tables. Again a distinct lack of friendlieness from staff to guests.Also in order to exit the hotel via a rear door a specific card is required, which no one gave us or told us about when we checked in. We feel that the level of welcome from the staffleaves a lot to be desired.

The design of the lobby was very relaxing. The rooms were comforatble and clean and there was good choice at breakfast.

The bar menu food was not great , the toasted sandwiches were horrible.

Staff, apart from chambermaids who were friendly and efficient, were very offhand and whilst not unhelpful, did not volunteer. Very old fashioned, rooms were not up to the mark for the rating of the hotel. Air con barely worked. No coffee/tea station in restaurant, had to beg staff for tea, water invariably cold. Its the little things! We stayed in this hotel in 2001 and were very impressed. It has been touched up cosmetically but has run down overall. Apart from this, we have been to usa many times since, and Dubai and the service in those countries is marvellous. In htis hotel it was not.
