Gostei das piscinas, jacuzi e da piscina que estava junto

acordar ao som das ondas do mar!

a vigilância atenta junto do hotel ajudaria,pois com o carro estacionado nem a 10 passos da entrada principal este foi alvo de assalto violento ficando com autênticas crateras nos vidros, espanto foi o facto de ninguem ter visto nada !! Há uns 12 anos que sou visitante assidua desta terra sendo das mais seguras que conhecia. Frizo que este incidente não está relacionado com o hotel !

the location was fine - right in the center of banus - breakfast was nice

during the night we discovered our bed was crawling with bed bugs. I had to go down to reception at 2am to get the keys to the room next door and we moved our stuff in there. We where still charged full price

I enjoyed the piano music in the bar on Friday evening.I had all my meals.outside.beside the pool,which was most relaxing! The barstaff were very friendly & efficent,

Everything about this hotel was clean. The pool facilities were excellent.

The bedrooms did not have any tea coffee making facilities.

Pool area was beautiful and had private corners around. Also it was not crowded this time of the year (April). Breakfast had lots of variety, even rye (brown) bread! Coffee was not from the machine, but freshly cooked and served with milk to the table. We also enjoyed our private balcony to the garden and the short-cut back door to the beach and to Puerto Banus Center.

Unfortunately we could not use those beautiful outdoor pools. They were not warm enough. (There were small indoor pool, though.) Marbella city center was a little far away (15-20 minutes by bus), but bus stop to Marbella near and bus ride cheap (1e15c).

The gardens and pools at the hotel were very good and beach was very close if you went through the gardens at the back of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

The staff at reception are not at all friendly. Fridge in hotel room was empty and room service finishes at 10pm although it says that they have 24hr room service on their brochure.

I liked the rooms very much. They were big and very comfortable.

I did not like the buffet dinner. The food was excellent, but unfortunately there were too many people going to dinner at the same time, and I went on valentines night for a romantic meal with my partner and had to wait about 40 minutes to be seated.

Klordoften. Inte fritt internet för att kolla mailen. TjockTV gammalmodigt. Dålig bildkvalitet på många kabelkanaler. Vi hade önskat oss bättre avtal med golfklubbarna i området vg green-fee.

Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers, super ontbijt, mooi hotel met mooie tuinen en zwembaden.

er is gratis internet rondom de receptie waar je met je laptop aan de gang kunt maar die verbinding was meestal zo zwak dat dat meestal niet lukte. Verder kan je dan wel betaald internetten.
