Ficámos alojados numa suite junior e à chegada tinhamos uma garrafa de espumante à nossa espera. O quarto era bantante amplo e a varanda muito agradável. Para ser perfeito era se fosse no 2º ou 3º andar para podermos apreciar a vista sobre mar na sua totalidade. Facilidade de estacionamento à porta do hotel, sem ser necessário o recurso à garagem do mesmo. Central, apesar de ser necessário ir de carro para o centro de Marbella ou Puerto Banus (5m de distância). O espaço do pequeno almoço é muito agradável, (mas podia ter um pouco mais de luz natural) Praia com muitas pedras - dificuldade de entrar na água sem o auxilio de chinelos - praias melhores antes de Marbella (cidade); A nossa camareira levou-nos um dos cartões do quarto (o que estava no disposítivo da energia) e não o devolveu - deixámos um recado em inglês mas pelos vistos não entendeu!; o pequeno-almoço tem muito pouca variedade (em termos de oferta) e podia ser diferente de dia para dia (sempre a mesma coisa, todos os dias!) |

Polite, helpful staff. Very clean hotel, good location, close to beach. Easy to get to Puerto Banus & Marbella by bus or short taxi ride. Good size room with balcony & air-conditioning Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as the terrace bar serving snacks/drinks did not open until 11am. Choice of food in the terrace bar was limited and very expensive - between 9-12 Euros for a sandwich. Food in the restaurant was good, but the buffet on Saturday nights (also served on Thursday night as a coach party was in) was very poor value for money at 40 Euros. Hotel is good if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, but in the evenings the restaurant and bar were fairly empty |

It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel, with a great location and proximity to Puerto Banus. The beach club was excellent as well. |

nothing very expensive for what? on arriving i found the room to be unsatisfactory and requested another room as it was too small and bathroom facility ,stand in bath shower i then paid a further 890 pounds for an upgrade to a suite , waaaw a suite it was a joke , exactly same room with maybe 6 feet extra length and a sofa instead of cane seats bathroom facilitirs identical to double deluxe room stand in bath shower and cleaning standards very poor floor never seen water in 10 days and crumbs from room service breakfast lay on floor for 2 days and we complained to have the room properly cleaned definetly not worth the money menu in restaurant limited and was same for 10 days will never be back there again |

Nice location, close to the beach and still providing their own swimming pools if you don't feel like laying in the sand. 4 km from Marbella centre but easily reachable with own car or taxi. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room (suite) was very nice with a big terrace. Although included we always skipped breakfast so I cannot comment on that. |

We found this hotel very relaxing not over crowded with children and quiet .Staff excellant very attentive . A little disappointing the lower restaurant and bar not open |

Nice staff, pools and beach. The rooms are large and well appointed as well as very clean with nice views. I thought the resaturants were disappointing: the food was good but unadventurous and it was a serious shame that with all the open space the restauarants arein a basement. I would suggest they move it to the pool bar area. |

closeness to sea walks, staff, it lacked atmosphere in the evening - very few people around however it was off season and this may explain it. I loved the conversatory during the day time, but it was a bit unsettling going to room at night - maybe the lighting was a bit low for October, this would not be the case in the summer months. |

The pool area is good and easy to get to the beach, also enjoyed having sauna/jacuzzi facilities in the hotel The hotel is fairly isolated between marbella and porto benous, without supermarket in close walking distance. No tea/coffee facilities so no other option than to use the over priced mini bar for drinks, and food from the bar is also expensive. |

het personeel, de ruime kamer, kwaliteit maaltijden en ligging Dat er voor de bedjes bij de beachbar vh hotel betaald moet worden. 8 euro per dag en dat daar geen parasols stonden.Helaas naast het kinderbadje niets voor kleine kinderen. |

Prachtige rustige ligging aan het strand. Vlakbij Marbella en Puerto Banus. Hotel voor zowel golfliefhebbers of bezoekers van de regio een goede ligging. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Een aanrader! |
