Hospedei-me em dois dias diferentes. Na primeira vez, o quarto era muito pequeno, no segundo andar (sem escada), o ar condicionado pingava dentro do quarto (dormimos a noite inteira com pinga-pinga). Na segunda oportunidade o quarto era bem melhor.

Noisy at night because it is located in the center of madrid

I was getting over a bug and the place was fine. The room was great because it did not face the street. Great staff and great location too! Stay here in Madrid!!

Internet didn't work for me but internet cafe down the street.

The hotel was okay, and was in excellent location, but thought room was very average

The elevator broke twice and we had to carry luggage down 2 flights.The room was crowded and not comfortable because there were no easy chairs.The shower was so small (the size of a half bathtub). The bedroom floor was not cleaned. It was too expensive for what you got. We did not like the location of the hostal--noisy, smelly part of town (Puerta del Sol).

Location

The entrance. Reception was up on 2nd floor; not very good first impressions. Our room was very noisey. Had to buy earplugs. Room small but ok.

It is in the middle of Madrid

How clean the room was, the price of the room and the location to the city centre of Madrid. Oh and a big plus is that each room has its own bathroom. It is also a very short walk from the Metro to the Hotel, so you don't have to waste money on taxi's getting there from the airport.

The walls were a little thin and you could hear the people in the next room making out all night long....but maybe they were trying to cover up the noise of me snoring?? But trust me, that is the worst thing that I could say about this hotel.
