It was great. The staff really made me feel like a princess. I lost a document and he help me trying to find out. They even send me e-mails with the updates after I left the Hotel. |

Friendly, English-speaking staff. The entire hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the hallways to the the rooms: elegantly gorgeous. Everything is well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast buffet is overly generous with a wide range of Spanish and American-friedly foods (including for kids). The room was not non-smoking. When we inquired about switching, no non-smoking rooms were available. Fortunately, the faint lingering tobacco smell that was noticeable only upon first entering the room. |

Good location, comfortable room. Although we booked an upgraded room and paid for it, the front desk allocated for us a regular room and changed it only after we saw the room and complained. |

The luxurious accommodation and the excellent service of the staff. The quality of food available in the Club Lounge and the hotel restaurant was also excellent I think the gym equipment should be more extensive. |

The hotel was beautiful, bed very confortable. The bathroom wasn`t very large and the hotel is not isolated so you can hear every noise made in the hotel. |

Staff were always helpfull. the bathroom area was too small. I also feel that in today's world - wi-fi should be included in the cost of the room. |

pretty good location, very clean, very helpful staff, good service, easy to use remote for turning on/off the light/airconditioning system a bit expensive, but beeing in the leading hotels of the world list might add a bit to the price. normal room which was the cheapest is a bit to small and the bang & olufsen tv is not really a thrill |

The staff were very pleasant and our room had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the breakfast. The hot food was actually cold and I think it was a bit over priced. |

Helpful & knowledgable staff, charming, comfortable room, bath w/jacuzzi (nice), excellent location near best shopping. Lobby of hotel could be updated for a 5 star hotel. Food prices quite high..........coffee over 6 euros! |

It was shown at the hotel's site the Premium room square is approximately 30 m2. The real square of the Premium room where I stayed was around 14 m2. The furniture was damaged. I left this hotel in the morning, though I planned to stay there 3 nights. |
