Hotel mesmo em címa da praia, central (bus, restaurantes, farmácia, multibanco - 2 minutos a pé); pequeno almoço bom em terraço agradável com vista sobre a praia. Limpeza. Na reserva pedi quarto c/ vista de mar, tendo me sido atribuído um outro, muito mau, parecia que estava no meio da rua. Mudaram-me ao fim de 3 dias para outro quarto, c/ vista de mar, mas ainda assim com algum ruído. Hotel a precisar de reforma urgente, sem ar condicionado (calor insuportável), muitíssimo ruidoso (pessoal do hotel e hóspedes). O pessoal dohotel podia ser mais simpático; acredito que recebam reclamações com frequência. Importante: pedem pagamento à chegada - eu não paguei logo para me dar possibilidade de mudar de hotel se necessário. Aceitaram. Acabei por ficar, mas não volto. |

Localização, pequeno almoço, vista do quarto e animação nocturna do bar da piscina. Devia ter ar condicionado nos quartos e precisa de uma remodelação a nível dos interiores porque são demasiado antiquados. |

sem sombra de duvida da localização.está muito bem situado.Fica mesmo à beira - mar e tem optimos acessos para o centro de palma. nem é necessário andar de taxi, basta apanhar o autocarro que fica mesmo ao pé do hotel e da acesso ao centro, bem como outros pontos de interesse. não estava a espera que cobracem o pagamento do hotel no chek in, estou habitada a faze-lo no chek - out, seria importante dar essa informação. que por vezes o hotel cobra o pagamento no chek in, já agora o atm deles não funcionava em 'perfeitas condições, seria bom também informarem para as pessoas levarem dinheiro a cntar com isso. |

This review is not for the Santa Ana as when we arrived it was shut and we were moved to its sister hotel the Hotel Cala Mayor which was 100 metres up the road. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, there was a selection of cereals, breads, jams, fruit, cakes and a hot plate although my husband said it was a bit more of a warm plate but he still enjoyed the food there. The room was fine, in desperate need of modernising, as the walls were yellow and the bathroom brown but it was comfortable and we had spectacular views of the bay from the balcony. There was also a fridge in the room. The bathroom was basic but the shower was lovely. The bus (no.3) was just up the road and went to the town centre. The room had been cleaned but was still a little dusty in places. It seemed like there was only one woman doing the whole floor. It really needs modernising as I don't think it is up to its 4* rating. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Its proximity to the beach. The hotel has a fantastic view and friendly staff. The buffet was awesome and through very convenient hours. Close to the City Center, Mall (Porto Pi) and Port makes Santa Ana's location extraordinary. It is just a lovely place on a superb location - fantastic value for one’s money. 1. There was no Air Condition 2. No Free Wireless 3. Basic TV Channels |

I was upgrades in the 4 star hotel Plaza Cala Mayor w/ airconditioning and better breakfast buffet w/o extra cost, as there was "a problem with on floor" in hotel Santa Ana. Safety concern. The balcony window was not possible to close, and it is easy to reach the balcony from neighbour rooms. |

The hotel has a good location just in front of the beach and breakfasts were very good. I hade a room facing the wall and there was a problem to change it so after two days of talks I just gave up. The hotel is quite far from the city center. |

Location was excellent. Pool was nice, but was used by a film crew whilst we were there. Staff were relatively friendly. Breakfast was large, but poor quality. Booked a sea view, but received a wall view. Sea was only visible if you stood on the balcony and put head around the corner. |

the location along the beach is just great and by bus Palma can be reached in about 15 minutes (walking takes an hour) check-in time is 12 o'clock but we could only enter our room around 13 hours; when we requested to stay in our room until one hour after official check-out time, that was not possible; wireless internet in the lobby was out of order more than half of the time |

Location of this hotel is just excellent (sea view, beach, busstop, bars, restaurants, gift shops, internet caffe)!!!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my holidays. Definitely come back. I did not like somebody checked my stuff in the wardrobe, in my suitcase couple times:( |

Great beachside location. Wonderful beach. Bar and pool side area was very nice. Room was advertised as a double room, however was only 2 single beds side by side. Also mattresses were uncomfortable. |

staff very courteous, access from airport 15mins by taxi - €30.00 - local bus €1.25, within walking of Porto Pi one of the biggest shopping centres in Palma, 5km walk from hotel to end of port in Palma looking up at the Cathedral - highly recommended even if the hotel is slightly dated in its decor - more spanish in style than european -this is not a fault. |

Fact that the beach was in fornt of the hotel. Breakfast was ok as well. good value for money. I asked for a double bed but got 2 single pushed together. It was ok but was uncomfortable when the beds shifted. |
