Petit Palace Alcala Torre

Gostei do facto de ser muito central e ter muita disponibilidades de transporte. O metro, era só atravessar a rua. Muitos restaurantes a volta e a um pouco mais de distância pondendo mesmo alcançar-se à pé. Aliás, o ideal, estando neste hotel, é andar a pé porque há muito que se veja ao redor (pontos turisticos). Há tbm o el corte entre outras lojas para shopping.

Melhor a qualidade dos quartos. O jacuzzi que lá está é um fiasco. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor e mais diversificado.

Do estado de conservação e de limpeza do hotel e da sua centralidade.Gostei também da modernidade e da decoração.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, os funcionários muito educados e os quartos familiares nos andares mais alto excelente. Facilidade de internet, suco e café gratuitos.

A crítica vai para o acesso a recepção e aos quartos que é dificíllimo pra quem tem crianças e carrinho de bebê, mas superado pelas vantagens

Location! Location! Location! Next to the Sevilla Metro Station. Next to Starbucks. One metro station away from Puertas del Sol. The room was very good. High tech hotel (my room was equipped with a portable computer).

The location of the property, convenient to most all of the attractions, and the breakfast room. The Hotel concept is very good.

There were several things I did not like, rooms were dark, halls were dark, insufficient water pressure for the shower, Business Center equipment did not work (printers), though the hotel staff was more than willing to help with printing out material, boarding passes, etc. Rooms were too small for two people, but great for one.

Good location in the city center, walking distance to all major sightseeing points. Laptop provided in the room is really good idea, don´t have to carry one with you. Breakfast-room was very spacious with beautiful views to the city.

Our room was much smaller than we expected in 4**** hotel, also a little bit too dark

It was very cold at night, I had a non pleasant blanket in the capboard but my colleague did not have any and was freezing at night

The decor was probably a little dark for some people's taste. It didn't matter much to us Regarding Q 4, we are neither a young couple (which I regard as under 30ish) or mature (which I regard as over 55), but I have chosen young as we hope to have 35 plus more years of travelling. age groupings might be better here

The hotel was quiet but in a great location - easy walking distance to lots of Points of Interest in Madrid. Best of all, though, was the shower - wwwwooowww!!

The decor in the room was a bit 'masculine' [heavy grey] for a couple!!

- Great modern cool design of room, laptop with broadband connection, great wellness toilet, location is great to visit central Madrid and main museums; clean and proper, breakfast room with great view, hotel stuff extremely keen to help

Breakfast is not good value for money

The staff was really great: my husband is on a wheelchair, and they gave us all the support we need! Furthermore the position is great

Maybe the rooms are not so big, and the hotel is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars, but the price is good
