O sol Tenerife fica localizado ao lado da praia e "dentro" dos bares o buffet de pequeno almoço muito bom. Tipico 4* de praia (algo desgastado pelo uso) o problema é mesmo o ruido dos bares á noite, se ficamos no bloco A apanhamos com o ruido dos bares "veronicas" se ficamos nos bloco B apanhamos o show karaoke do "Leonardos bar" até as 3 da manhã .. os vidros são normais e nao isolam nada! O ideal é ficar no bloco A vista Piscina ou patio interior! Colchões já com muito uso. |

Piscinas, espaço exterior do hotel, recepção e pessoal da limpeza Um hotel 4 estrelas da rede sol melia não pode estar em reformas com elevadores prejudicando os hospedes, principalmente na epoca do verão a manutenção deveria ser feita em outras ocasiões, a entrada ao apartamento do bloco b esta bastante prejudicada e por este motivo não recomendaria este hotel a um amigo |

I like it because it was a short distance to walk from the hotel to the beach. the swiming pool was great, the green garden and view from my balcony. The breakfast was the same for 8 days, they had cockroaches in the restaurant and one friend of mine in the near room has a mouse in his room. Only one elevator was working and for a hotel with 11 floors it's a terrible thing. No sniff available in the room, you should turn off the TV to use it’s sniff for charging a mobile phone, laptop, video camera …. From what I know and I saw in other locations around the world a 4 stars hotel should have moquette on the floor not porcelain and at least slippers for your comfort. |

THe food buffet was terrible.I advised I was a vegetarian but there was meat even in the salads! The head waiter wa extremely rude in his dealing of this. All the fruit was from tin cans. The food was cheap and tasteless, I would not recommend staying here. |

The hotel is pleasant,central ,and close to the beach, and with most of the facilities one would expect from a four star hotel. The dining room could use some improving, not helped by a staff that seemed more interested in laying table cloths and reserving tables for the next meal,rather than tending to the needs of their present customers. Also the price of beer was far too expensive in comparison to their competitors. |

Staff, reception and generally restaurant staff very good.All helpful when a problem arose. Daytime entertainment was a bit 'slapstick'. Too loud music around pool....like |Veronicas at night..but remedied when pointed out. Hot plates for the salad bar, cold plates for the hot food....the latter didnt matter too much ....food was only luke warm. |

Good friendly staff Breakfast was poor & the hotel is a tired 3* never been 4*. I know it was new year but 500 euro for 3 nights was not good value for money. |

Many things:1. Its a very noisy hotel situated in the heart of the pubs zone, which means extermly loud noise all night. 2. We got a room with a door connecting to a second room, the people from the other room were able to open the door and enter our room,they did it one time when we were out, and one more time when we were inside, and saw them. The hotel management did nothing about it !!! |

location was great, beach was beside hotel. entertainment was provided every night. airconditioning was provided without any extra cost, buffet breakfast and dinner was good too. you can hear everything from the room next to you, bad sound proofing, eventhough, you could not hear music from outside too easily. |
