a única coisa que falhou, foi ter pedido cama de casal, terem confirmado e não o terem feito. quanto ao preço, acho-o um pouco elevado, sobretudo nos quartos com terraço, pois ainda se paga bastante e poderiam ter o cuidado de o terem limpo. de resto....aconselho-o a todos e vai ser ai que vou ficar sempre que for a Madrid |

A localização A sala do pequeno almoço era muito pequena. Tivemos que esperar 10 minutos para entrar. Quando nos sentámos eram 11 horas e já não havia pão!!! E quase não havia comida. O mais grave: tiveram a lata de nos dizer que deviamos chegar antes das 11 - ora chegámos antes das 11 e não tinhamos onde nos sentar!!! Muito mau serviço. |

The location to teh Metro and shops were great, Staff helpful as well. The hotel needs better ac as it cannot cope with the summer temps in Madrid |

The location is good: close to the the area with restaurants and night life, 15-20 minutes walking to the train station and in the center of the city. Nice hotel with the Guide Style Madrid (was very helpful!) |

Room + bathroom were well laid out and clean, beds comfortable. Excellent location, walking distance to centre and major sights/museums No major issues - hotel staff i spoke with had hardly any suggestions/recommendations on restaurants or bars in the area. |

Beautiful decor, VERY friendly and helpful staff. And the breakfast buffet was fabulous! My room faced the main road and, although I was on a top floor, I could hear a lot of noise all night long. Obviously, not the hotel's fault, but by virtue of its location it was noisy. |

The hotel was centrally located and the facilities were clean and attractive. The rooms are very noisy due to traffic and pedestrians during the night, especially on weekends. The windows are not glazed and there is no protection to prevent the noise coming in. There is also limited noise protection from other noisy guests within the hotel. The cost of breakfast was high, given the limited food options available. |

The location is very good The room was very small.Related to this are the follwing;1) The legs on the bed catch / hurt your toes as you try to get in and out,2) The wardrobe is difficult to access 3) The bathroom door is not ideal |

Nice breakfast, good service & friendly personnel. The room was a bit too small and had a problem with air circulation - humidity wasn't properly extracted from bathroom which lead to staleness. For a short 2 day stay this is nothing to worry about... |

The room was modern, well-equipped, and the concierge services (in suggesting restaurants and securing reservations) were invaluable. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect -- in the middle of things, but away from the noisy center of Puerta del Sol. |

Do to family emergency we had to cut our stay short. Hotel staff very accommodating and understanding air conditioning did not work well and room smaller than thought, also many sharp corners in room that stick out , like ends of bed, that are not friendly when one bumps into them |
