Excelente serviço. Mudar, conforme sugeri, durante a minha estadia, a fotografia da praia, pois esta não pode ser utilizada para banhos, devido à quantidade de pedras. Deverão colocar uma fotografia que dê uma perspectiva real, de forma a que os hóspedes não se sintam defraudados neste aspecto. Este facto é perfeitamente compensado pelo excelente profissionalismo dos funcionários do hotel, na minha larga experiência até profissional, nunca havia sido tratado com tanta dedicação. |

Gostamos de tudo no geral, O hotel é fantastico, com as suas piscinas, e encontra-se numa zona tranquila de Tenerife. Por estar inserido numa reserva natural, é uma mais valia. O nosso quarto familiar tinha uma excelente decoração e conforto. Apesar do elevado número de quartos, nunca sentimos que estivesse cheio. Foi maravilhoso!! Julgo que pela dimensão do hotel, requer mais pessoal a trabalhar, especialmente nos bares das piscinas. |

Da qualidade do espaço em termos de design, decoração e conforto. A simpatia e disponibilidade dos empregados em qualquer das áreas. O projecto reserva ambiental em si mesmo é meritório e bem conseguido, disso é exemplo o museu ali criado, inovador e interactivo. Os buffets são razoaveis mas seria preferivel apostar mais na qualidade da cozinha e não tanto na diversidade. A invasão de um certo género de turistas (especialmente nos fins de semana) com perfil pouco consentâneo com a tipologia do hotel prejudica a sua imagem. Devido a isso a aposta num turismo de lazer, relaxante e de qualidade perde-se um pouco no meio de hordas familiares onde só falta o cão, o gato e o periquito... Por outro lado, a necessidade de entreter e de certo modo"disciplinar" toda essa gente com recurso a actividades diversas (anunciadas por altifalantes) acaba por criar um clima de feira pouco propício ao fruir do descanso e da natureza envolvente, (re)negando o espirito ecológico e ambiental. Deve-se, contudo, realçar o esforço do hotel (nem sempre conseguido) de tornar as pessoas apresentáveis facultando-lhes calças ao jantar. |

Very nice hotel with an interesing architecture. Nice staff and good facilities. Located in a quiet location. Close to the airport wich can disturbe, our kids loved to see the planes comming in. The beach is a bit to rough. |

Very helpfull and friendly staff, clean rooms, the bathroom was outstanding with small jacucci in each room. Nice food, luxury feeling....can strongly recommend this hotel No beach suitable for swimming (rough sea) but beautiful view from the swimmingpools |

we enjoyed the hotel because it was not full. We usually stay in smaller family run hotels, but took this as a ast minute short break. We were concerned because it was so big, but really enjoyed our stay due to the low numbers of residents! It would not appeal to us in peak seasons |

Facility was very Clean, modern and well maintained. The Hotel Staff on Reception lacked the 5 Star Polished feel. I'm sure they will make it after some more training and experience, some were very good others were poor. The rest of the staff on site were excellent. This did not take away from the overall experience which was very Good. |

New facilities well maintained and the staff worked very hard to ensure the few guests who were there mid week had a good time. Animation staff worked very hard with the kids too especially for the mini disco. Was windy whilst we were there which is not the hotels fault but I understand that part of the island is windy compared to the west coast. |

Great facility, nicely decorated & clean room, kind staffs. Large choice of breakfast buffet. Fantastic food & service at the restaurant at the end of the pool area. Good value for money and we will definately go back. We stayed a week. The cleaning of the room got not as good as in the beginning as time goes by. |

Hotel is beautiful and has a great selection of pools and restaurants. I found the reception staff unhelpful. They told us we could use the courtesy room after check out before we left for the airport. Later we discovered they never put our names on the list and because of this we had no where to get ready. This was pretty disappointing. |

quality of service, friendly helpful staff. View from balacony. Booking said choice of pool side or sea but ours was more to the back facing the villas with a corner view of the artificial lake. We were very disaapointed with this. |

Everything was perfect, I was with my wife and my 2 sons, staff were really kind and friendly, the breakfast buffet excellent, the swimming pools. We enjoyed a lot and we will come back next year. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I think is the best hotel in Tenerife. Nothing, I liked anything. |

The staff were all lovely, really friendly. The infinity pools are amazing, the spa is very small but I had a great massage there. Design is great, lovely room, comfortable bed. DO go on the free guided tour of the reserve, it's really good fun and very interesting. The rooms are not brilliantly sound-proofed - we had a baby crying next door (luckily they left half way through our stay!). Dinner is a buffet every evening, which gets a little same-y, although the quality is very good. |
