Sentido San Blas Reserva Ambiental Hotel & Resort

Excelente serviço.

Mudar, conforme sugeri, durante a minha estadia, a fotografia da praia, pois esta não pode ser utilizada para banhos, devido à quantidade de pedras. Deverão colocar uma fotografia que dê uma perspectiva real, de forma a que os hóspedes não se sintam defraudados neste aspecto. Este facto é perfeitamente compensado pelo excelente profissionalismo dos funcionários do hotel, na minha larga experiência até profissional, nunca havia sido tratado com tanta dedicação.

Da qualidade do espaço em termos de design, decoração e conforto. A simpatia e disponibilidade dos empregados em qualquer das áreas. O projecto reserva ambiental em si mesmo é meritório e bem conseguido, disso é exemplo o museu ali criado, inovador e interactivo. Os buffets são razoaveis mas seria preferivel apostar mais na qualidade da cozinha e não tanto na diversidade.

A invasão de um certo género de turistas (especialmente nos fins de semana) com perfil pouco consentâneo com a tipologia do hotel prejudica a sua imagem. Devido a isso a aposta num turismo de lazer, relaxante e de qualidade perde-se um pouco no meio de hordas familiares onde só falta o cão, o gato e o periquito... Por outro lado, a necessidade de entreter e de certo modo"disciplinar" toda essa gente com recurso a actividades diversas (anunciadas por altifalantes) acaba por criar um clima de feira pouco propício ao fruir do descanso e da natureza envolvente, (re)negando o espirito ecológico e ambiental. Deve-se, contudo, realçar o esforço do hotel (nem sempre conseguido) de tornar as pessoas apresentáveis facultando-lhes calças ao jantar.

O espaço do hotel e as 8 piscinas. ñunca se sentiu muita gente apesar de estar cheio.

Hotel is beautiful and has a great selection of pools and restaurants.

I found the reception staff unhelpful. They told us we could use the courtesy room after check out before we left for the airport. Later we discovered they never put our names on the list and because of this we had no where to get ready. This was pretty disappointing.

Airport is too close

The staff were all lovely, really friendly. The infinity pools are amazing, the spa is very small but I had a great massage there. Design is great, lovely room, comfortable bed. DO go on the free guided tour of the reserve, it's really good fun and very interesting.

The rooms are not brilliantly sound-proofed - we had a baby crying next door (luckily they left half way through our stay!). Dinner is a buffet every evening, which gets a little same-y, although the quality is very good.

The best hotel we have ever been. It was a superb honey moon. The food was very good.

most hotel stuff doesnot speak english. A lots of crying babys are there.

Quality of service, brilliant staff. Rooms are large and quite luxurious. Proximity to airport is great, a few planes overhead but nothing to worry about.

Price of drinks in minibar - eye-watering. €18 for a half-bottle of cava, €3,5 for a small bottle of water

The hotel was really lovely, the food was fantastic and the staff extremely helpful. We had a fantastic holiday, very relaxing.

There are so many things I could compliment, but the one that stands out most in my mind was how welcome they made my family feel. I have two young children, and we were all made to feel at home as soon as we arrived at the resort. This is uncommon for our European holiday experiences so far but very reassuring for our future holiday plans. The greatest compliment is to say that we'll be back soon!!

The only negative point is the airplanes passing above, because it is very close to the airport
