A localização é exelente, o atendimento muito bom, a praia em frente ao hotel é optima, o quarto onde fiquei é grande e confortável. não compensa ir com refeições incluidas, pois os horarios são muito limitados prinipalmente o jantar até as 20 horas. Junto ao hotel há grande variedade de bons restaurantes com o mesmo preço do hotel ou mais baratos. Perto do hotel existe uma gelataria com net gratis.

the biggest advantage of the hotel is the location, right next to the beach and close to the various restaurants. Reception staff all very helpful.

No kettle or hairdrier in apartment. Toaster kept activating smoke alarm.

very efficient staff and extremely clean and tidy, the most comfortable beds ever slept on in a holiday hotel, food and drink available for purchse fairly priced , location fantastic for beach .

pool area not to our tatse , like being being a gladiator in an arena being overlooked on all sides , would have prefered a more secluded pool area .

Staff and hotel excellent. Clean rooms clean hotel and very child friendly. One point to note the balcony doors open very easily and can't be properly locked which can be dangerous for littlens off trying to explore. Over all 8/10

Right on the beach, very clean, very friendly and helpful, located close to everything you need.

All the little hidden extras! Plus great for families as there is nightly entertainment, but not so good if you want a peaceful evening on the balcony watching the sea! A little noisey but only til midnight so not unbearable.

The location is excellent for the beach, restaurants etc. Most rooms have seaview but worth up grading to apartments with larger balconies as rooms can be quite tight for a family of 4.

I requested if possible a quiet room with a good sized balcony. The apartment was lovely and quiet with 2 balconies.My daughter and I only went for a short break and the hotel was well placed and comfortable. The breakfast was good.I would recommend the hotel to others.It is in an excellent location .

The lifts were very small and when the hotel is full this could present difficulties.

The location is perfect: a short transfer from the airport, the hotel is right on the beach and a 5-10 min walk to restaurants and the marina.

The apartment was quite small so would be a squeeze for 4 people.

perfect location. Just yards from the (clean/sandy) beach & a 2 minute stroll to the heart of beach front cafes/bars/restaurants etc. A further 2 mins to main shopping street & the wonderful 'restaurant street'. Very friendly & helpful staff. Free (barriered) car park directly opposite main entrance. All areas and rooms were very clean.

Just the small matter of no kettle (in self catering apartment!!) Advise a travel kettle if your bothered. Kitchenette may be on the small side if you plan on cooking, but we eat out so not a problem to us.

Good location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Food could have been a better variety and standard. Lack of entertainment. I have stayed at this hotel in October before and they have cut the evening entertainment somewhat. It was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The pool bar used to be open at night in October with entertainment.
