O conforto dos quartos é excelente.

Os funcionários são antipáticos, não são nada prestáveis. Não sabem dar o minimo de informação aos turistas. O pequeno-almoço é extremamente pobre para o preço que se paga. Relação qualidade-preço definitivamente que não compensa. Devia ser um hotel 3 estrelas superior e não um hotel de 4 estrelas. Não tem serviços para essa categoria.

Os empregados da recepção não eram nada simpáticos. Qualquer pedido de ajuda era recebido com sobranceria e má disposição.Até o check-in! O pequeno almoço foi muito fraco.Era precisopedir por favor para termos mesa, já que ninguem levantava alouça suja...

Boa localização, bom equipamento quer nas zonas privadas quer nas publicas, quartos com decoração contemporânea. Uma boa escolha!

Falta de placas de sinalização na área envolvente ao hotel o que torna difícil a sua localização pois está situado numa zona de transito condicionado.

Location was excellent. Room reasonable, outlook not good, but adequate. Breakfast was good, although extremely basic in variety. Very quiet and relaxing.

Staff could have been more helpful. Not very knowledgeable - language a particular barrier - would have expected better English speaking reception staff from a 4 star hotel. On day of departure taxis on strike and offered no help to get to airport. Okay for me but my friends could not walk very far, would have expected better assistance - maybe private car to return to airport. Not 4 star standard

As with many hotels in historic city centres, the hotel wasn't the easiest to locate. The SatNav did a great job until we met roadworks within 1.1 km of our destination but the second time round we found that the hotel had a man at the police barrier and he joined us in the car and navigated us right to the front door. The location is excellent and the onsite car parking is an advantage, if a bit expensive.The hotel is "traditional modern" and is well equipped, including a laptop in the bedroom for guests' use and our room also had an exercise bike. The modern design and furnishings are very attractive.

The air con was very noisy, though effective. The en suite bathroom's glass doors are lovely looking but don't provide the privacy which one would expect in such a situation.

The location is great - just around the corner from the cathedral, restaurants, and tons of sights. Bedroom was roomy, with nice high ceilings (ground floor). Breakfast was adequate, but not worth the 15 Euro charged.

The whole place seemed a little run down. Furniture in the lobby was worn and kind of dirty. Appliances had lots of exposed wires and cords, pretty sloppy looking. The floor in my bathroom had some water damage, the ceiling had sloppy repairwork (paint splotches, lumps, etc.), and a piece of the toilet kept falling off. Also, the doors to all the hotel rooms need some sort of weather stripping, because they slam very loudly every time they close. Most guests figured this out very quickly, and were careful to close the door quietly, but we would forget from time to time.

The Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana was central to all amenities and in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and very comfortable.

Breakfast was not so good and a very poor choice , would go out for breakfast next time

The Hotel was very central and covenient for all the attractions and nightlife.

A bar to have a night cap in would have been nice.

The room is modern in design, has very nice comfortable beds and a great rain shower/hydrojets shower system. To top it all, the complimentary notebook in the room is a welcome creature comfort to have.

The water cooler in the hotel lobby's complimentary corner should be filled up when empty.

The room was modern, comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a family room and our children really enjoyed their beds!
