O Hotel é para pessoas que esperam um certo conforto, limpeza e localização, pois é simples. No nosso quarto não havia frigobar, mas uma bandeja com café solúvel, chá, máquina para aquecer a água, acúcar e adoçante, além de água em garrafa. O banheiro do nosso quarto era muito pequeno. Como não esperávamos nada de luxo, pára nós que passamos uma noite (poderiam ser mais) estava de acordo com nossas expectativas. O Hotel é difícil de ser localizado, mesmo contando com GPS no carro. Tivemos que pagar um táxi para nos levar até ele. Isso indicado por um morador que não via como nos explicar o caminho, pois realmente é complicado chegar lá. Ligamos para o hotel, do táxi, e o funcionário indicou como chegarmos primeiro ao estacionamento.

The bed was rather hard so not as comfortable as I'd have liked.

I can't say enough about this stunning boutique hotel. Tucked away in the narrow streets of the old town of Toledo is a gem that is comfortable, provides excellent service by lovely hosts and houses beautiful historic Moorish style art and furniture. You can't beat the view from the rooftop terrace or our room, and there is a common area with a dining room and sitting area. Fine attention to detail and excellent location. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an outstanding experience of Toledo.

As North Americans, we are used to queen or king sized beds, but the hotel bed here was smaller. However, we were still able to get a good night's sleep and this certainly does not detract from the beauty of the hotel or the quality of our stay.

Very Spanish and in the heart of Toldo

If is definitely important to instruct residents to park their car at the local parking facility and to walk the last 300 metres rather than attempt to drive through the narrow cobbled streets!

The upstairs balcony overlooking the city was amazing. Staff were very nice. Breakfast in the basement tunnel was interesting and enjoyable. Good location and available parking near hotel. Great location.

No free parking.

The staff was very helpful. The ambience and artwork was excellent. The small terrace on the roof gives a great view of the cathedral as the sun sets behind it. And on a hot day there is a wonderful breeze at sunset. A great place for a snack and a glass of wine or to read a book.

Finding the hotel is very difficult. You can't drive to it due to the very, very narrow and twisty streets despite what google say! You have to park and drag your suitcases to the hotel. It is doable, just get very specific directions before you go (which we did not do). It took us an hour of beating around the city to get there.

The breakfast was basic but adequate.

The hotel was in an original building in the old part of Toledo and had an updated bathroom, it was like visiting someone's house in Spain. Beautiful inside courtyard and open rooftop terrace with great view. The breakfast room in the cellar was also unusual also. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Enrique and Ellain (Allen) were fantastic; they really made the stay much more enjoyable and had great recommendations. Beautiful building with wonderful decoration - the rooms are well decorated which gives a boutique hotel feel. The terrace has a wonderful view of the cathedral with seating for about 8.

Don't forget to print the location map from the hotel website and their contact number just in case. Easy to find once you know where it is but the first time can be tricky with just the address.
