Antes de mais, as fantásticas condições do quarto, gigantesco, imensamente confortável, com um terracinho delicioso e um relvado óptimo para se beber um copito já com a noite instalada... com vista para a parte histórica de Toledo! O aspecto do hotel em si também é excelente, fazendo lembrar uma Villa romana; os funcionários são simpáticos e prestáveis; há locais de estacionamento junto à recepção. Não fiz uso do restaurante nem sequer vi a piscina, donde não me posso pronunciar sobre tais assuntos.

O acesso ao hotel poderia estar mais bem cuidado, com uma fonte seca e com canos à vista e um piso um pouco irregular, embora sem buracos. Até Toledo ainda é um bom bocado a pé, embora isso não tenha sido problema pois desloquei-me de automóvel.

Devem corrigir totalmente o sistema de exaustão de cheiros no hotel. Foi muito desagradável, logo num hotel de 5 estrelas, que na manhã de 9 de junho ao abrir a porta do quarto, de saida, pelas 10horas ter de suportar o cheiro aos cozinhados de, entre outros, pimentos e ceboladas. Terrivel!

Extremely comfortable hotel providing spacious & luxurious accomodation. Staff were very friendly & helpful although did not test dining facilities during overnight stay. Car parking secure & plentiful. Free internet access in room. Superb views overlooking Toledo.

A little difficult to find & not within walking distance of beautiful Toledo however only a 10 min taxi/ drive away.

our room, the views, the food..I woulkd like the reciepe for the pepper starter, we both loved it. I found this hotel on line and was impressed and was surprised that it was better than the pictures. We enjoyed our private balconey with a glass of wine. We would go back it a minute. Toledo is a beautiful place, many thanks for a great stay, Therese Daly

We did not mind the walk to the old section at all, some of the reviews I read were misleading. It´s a nice fifteen minute walk.

the room, the view at toledo, the bathroom, everything!

don't choose the 1nd floor because they have connected rooms and are very noisy. the best floor is the 0 in the ground field.

Easy access by car, lot of free parking. Very nice interior decor and exterior landscaping. The room is very comfortable. Fabolous view of historical Toledo, even though the Alcazar cannot be seen as well as most of the cathedral.

The walk to the historical city is a little lengthy. We used the car to reach the nearby pedestrian bridge. We were disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed even though it was only the end of September.

Beautiful peaceful location with wonderful views. Easy parking, every luxury.

i thought the room was a great size and the pool area was relaxing and quiet.

the staff were not very helpful when we asked questions about places to visit or restaurants to eat in.

Blocked drains in bathroom. Breakfast (and food / drinks in general) was over-priced and generally very average

the room was excellent, great value, used the pool since we were away from the sea.

althoug a little bit worn down it is still a nice hotel. grate views from the rooms. large rooms and beds. excellent bathroom.

the restaurant is quite small so make a reservation if you want to dine at the hotel.

Staff is very friendly

Rooms were not very clean, curtains and duvet old. The air conditioning did not work in the main glass corridors and considering it was 32C outside, the heat was unbearable
