De uma forma geral, gostei da estadia, no seu verdadeiro conceito; comodidade do quarto, simpatia do pessoal, apresentação e qualidade alimentar.

Obviamente há um senão; Tem a ver com a dificuldade do estacionamento, penso que o hotel deveria oferecer ao cliente, mesmo que fosse pago, o serviço de reserva de lugar para o estacionamento, desde que o cliente assim o deseje.

The hotel is very nice, very comfortable room, seaviews, it is in excellent location, the beach is just across the road, many cafes and restaurants around and a lot of souvenier shops. There was an outdoor pool, but it was too cold in November but looked quite nice thou a bit small for the size of the hotel. We were staying in the hotel for a week with a 5 months old baby. The room didn't have a kettle but we had to have hot boiled water to make up baby's feeds.

When asked, receptionist advised we could use 24 hour room service but what she didn;t say is that there was 2 euros charge for every call and as baby needs to eat 5 times a day it was 10 euros per day just for the hot water. After 3 days we just bought a kettle.I would think that a 4 star hotel should provide it in the room. Also on this website it says there is a spa in the hotel and guests of the hotel could use the facilities like indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc free of charge. However when got there was told there is a 25 euro charge per person!! and even worse the swimming pool was closed for repairs the whole week!!No apology from the hotel or reimbursement. Was very dissappointed as booked the hotel because of the free use of spa

Near the Airport & Beach for a relaxing break & close to all amenities

The location at the seaside was good, room size spazy, the front office stuff was friendly and polite.

The queline to the breakfast was over 100 m long and stuff treating you as cows in a row (especially the male person with a bard) - not a good start for a holyday morning! The wall.to-wall carpet in the room had a bad smell of mould, as well as the bathroom. The pool area was used as a smoking area outside the restaurant.

I found this hotel fantastic, the room was upgraded to a suite and the staff were lovely and i would recommend this hotel to anyone we got a good rate with you better than going direct with the hotel i will always use booking.com

not really, the reception was a bit dated with the tiles in the background but then again it gave it character! one of the best hotels that i have stayed in then again i love all melia hotels!

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, good seawiew, hotel is close the beach.

Staff was not very bilingual, difficult to get restaurant recommendations, no concierge

Proximité de la plage. Vue sur la mer. Proxmité de l'aéroport et des rues commerciales de Torremolinos.

Prix des forfaits SPA détente u peu trop dispendieux. Bruit de la musique provenant de la salle de danse de l'hôtel.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und schönes Zimmer in den obersten Stockwerken mit Blick aufs Meer erhalten. Guter gratis WIFI Empfang.
