A centralidade do Hotel é realmente muito útil. Boas lojas e monumentos à volta. O isolamento acústico poderia ser bem melhor. As janelas são de vidro muito fino e, com obras à porta, se tivesse estado no quarto durante o dia, teria sido muito barulhento (como o foi ao final da tarde). Durante a noite, houve-se bastantes canalizações, sons no corredor e até no quarto ao lado. |

Bem localizado, antigo, conservado e bonito. O funcionário da recepção não foi lá tão simpático, em compensação o porteiro foi muito gentil. O café da manhã estava muito caro, preferimos tomar em cafeterias bem em frente. |

It was well situated for easy reach of good cafes and bars. It had good transport links. We were not disturbed by noises from other rooms. Breakfast was expensive. The room did not have tea/coffee making facilities. |

The room didn't have a street window but I didn't expect that in this location. It turned out to be better that way as the main street is currently under construction. The room was very spacious, very neat, beautifully decorated. There was a lift. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't rate that. Location is excellent. |

The breakfast room was excellent with a wide variety of choice and the staff present were very attentive. Our room was overlooking a small courtyard and if you closed the windows there was no light in the room. |

The location was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were large and extremely clean but in need of slight modernisation. The breakfast was okay but could have been better - the cold meats and fruits choice was good but the choice of hot food was limited to sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs which all would have been better if they were hot. |

The Location was excellent for shopping and siteseeing in Valencia The hotel was very comfortable and the Staff were extremely nice, the only drawback was that the Bar was closed after 3pm on Sat. and Sun. |

We were very pleased with our room - large, nicely furnished, nice spacious bathroom. Excellent location. Restaurant and bar area looked fantastic - but we considered breakfast too expensive and went to the many cafes nearby for breakfast. The view from the room can be disappointing - we had two different rooms - one was excellent the other just a dingy courtyard! |

Beautiful building,nice big rooms with high ceiling.Hotel has got a very nice look.Good and spacy bathroom.Good priced rooms/breakfast Sometimes a bad seweragesmell,coffeemaker in room would be nice and better coffee needed in breakfast restaurant |

Very central, easy access to all that Valencia has to offer. Don't use the car parks at €19 per day if visiting at the weekend as Sunday is free in the Plaza de Ayuntamiento and on Saturday the meter charge in the Plaza de Ayuntamiento is only €1.23 for 2 hours |

I liked only the location; it was close to everything I needed and perhaps the stucture and exterior design of the hotel. The service of the staff was poor. They laughed when I had problems with my luggage; they didin't want to help me with it. |

Great location. Convenient for shops, metro and heart of the city. We were placed at the back of the hotel. The only window looked out onto a brick wall. No tea/coffee making facilities. |

The location is absolutely perfect: C. Barcas itself is quite lovely, and to the right of the hotel it continues on a straight line, past C.Colon, into C. Sorni, which is elegant and charming; to the left one immediately hits the sequence of the three main squares from where the monuments, the restaurants and the bars of the old town radiate. Nothing to object to hotel service; I cannot formulate any judgement about its restaurant because I never ate there. The insonorisation of the rooms is quite poor. |
