A centralidade do Hotel é realmente muito útil. Boas lojas e monumentos à volta. O isolamento acústico poderia ser bem melhor. As janelas são de vidro muito fino e, com obras à porta, se tivesse estado no quarto durante o dia, teria sido muito barulhento (como o foi ao final da tarde). Durante a noite, houve-se bastantes canalizações, sons no corredor e até no quarto ao lado. |

Bem localizado, antigo, conservado e bonito. O funcionário da recepção não foi lá tão simpático, em compensação o porteiro foi muito gentil. O café da manhã estava muito caro, preferimos tomar em cafeterias bem em frente. |

Good situation- within easy reach of the underground -on a direct line from the airport. Able to check in at 11a.m.Friendly staff As usual on the continent, never tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. |

The location was perfect for all the main shops, handy for public transport to the main sights and closeby a large number of restaurants and cafés. The staff were courtesy and efficient and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The effective double glazing drowned out the worst of the roadworks going on nearby |

Convenient location for food and drink,sightseeing and transport facilities. Good breakfast.Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were uncomfortable. Restaurant and bar closed at weekend. |

The Hotel was within walking distance of the railway station,and all bus services. All the staff were very helpfull,and answered all our qestions,they all spoke very good English. We enjoyed our stay,and would go back again. |

Excellent hotel with no real weak spots (except maybe sound isolation, but that is a problem for virtually all Spanish hotels, and it's certainly not the worst in this respect). |

The location is excellent, the twin bedded room was large & comfortable. The reduced price for breakfast made it very good value. No parking arrangements. The nearest 24 hour parking cost 24€ which is rather steep. If this problem could be solved, the overall value for money would be superb. |

It was well situated for easy reach of good cafes and bars. It had good transport links. We were not disturbed by noises from other rooms. Breakfast was expensive. The room did not have tea/coffee making facilities. |

The room didn't have a street window but I didn't expect that in this location. It turned out to be better that way as the main street is currently under construction. The room was very spacious, very neat, beautifully decorated. There was a lift. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't rate that. Location is excellent. |

The breakfast room was excellent with a wide variety of choice and the staff present were very attentive. Our room was overlooking a small courtyard and if you closed the windows there was no light in the room. |

The location was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were large and extremely clean but in need of slight modernisation. The breakfast was okay but could have been better - the cold meats and fruits choice was good but the choice of hot food was limited to sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs which all would have been better if they were hot. |

The Location was excellent for shopping and siteseeing in Valencia The hotel was very comfortable and the Staff were extremely nice, the only drawback was that the Bar was closed after 3pm on Sat. and Sun. |

We were very pleased with our room - large, nicely furnished, nice spacious bathroom. Excellent location. Restaurant and bar area looked fantastic - but we considered breakfast too expensive and went to the many cafes nearby for breakfast. The view from the room can be disappointing - we had two different rooms - one was excellent the other just a dingy courtyard! |
