As garagens que ficam ao lado do hotel e onde estacionei o carro não conferem muita segurança a quem chega e procura retira as bagagens. Ficamos com sensação de que alguém pode entrar e assaltar-nos. |

Helpful staff, large room on good bus route. For class of hotel bathroom grouting was dirty which surprised us.Difficult to find due to roadworks in Valencia combined with one way system. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not too far from a metro line and close enough to walk to Ciudad de los Artes y Ciencias. Location is not great, fairly long walk to old part of city. Area around hotel feels a bit seedy at the weekends. |

Very good price, close to the center but also close to the beach Small rooms, very dark becouse of small windows. also poor room service. I would say that they shoud hire better cleaning suff. Makeing up the bed means there makeing up the room... not really clean... |

The rooms are very spacious, as is the bathroom, these were also nice. The lobby of the hotel is also good. The staff are very friendly, and helpfull. The maids, failed a little bit on the cleaning of the floor each day. Night staff was a bit weak on speaking English, for "international turistic" hotel. |

If you pay 11,50€ (without tax) for a breakfast you at least expect you get fresh coffee served, but instead you get some preheated boiler coffee you can get yourself. The beach is too far away, it´s a good 20-30 minute walk. |

Breakfast is excellent. Very close to the City of Sciences. Not so close to the city centre, but even so, you can get there in 15 minutes (metro) or in 30 minutes, walking. The staff is not as kind as you would expect. |

Facilties were very good, room was maintained to a high standard and the staff were very helpful. Not far to the nearest metro and only ten minutes walk to the Port. |

location is good, near the port, the reception entrace is very nice, there was a group of kids shouting all nights, running in the stairs, and going up and down the lifts, I called couple times to the reception, we listened everything from the other rooms, the running water always cold and hot very difficult to take a good shower, the bathroom tub- steping out was very difficult since there is a bidet just outside the tub!!!! |

Incredibly helpful hotel staff, rooms serviced very well and late in the day when we slept in! Good triple glazing windows. Spacious rooms and very spacious bathroom. |

This was our first visit to Valencia for Las Fallas. The hotel was a bit outside the centre but close to the bus and metro, city of arts and sciences, port area and walking paths. It was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. |

Наличие собственной парковки. Дизайн номеров, большая ванная комната. Быстрое заселение.Расположен недалеко от большой зеленой прогулочной зоны. Не понравились скрипящие и разъезжающиеся кровати. |

Le prix, le confort, le petit déjeuner, le service. C'était vraiment très bien Le bruit des autres clients (des espagnols, forcément bruyants), le fait que ma chambre ne donne pas sur rue mais sur un puit de lumière intérieur. çA manquait d'air et de lumière naturelle. |
