Access to Darling Harbour and Shopping in CBD. The Monorail was an added bonus. Most Tourist spots within walking distance of Hotel. Lack of aid to incoming guests. |

The almost flawless excellent level of service received by your staff members. A small incident with the breakfast FOH team - have menioned it in another similar questionnaire. Only made significant enough to mention by the constant demonstration of great service otherwise. |

The Rydges is situated conveniently near Hyde Park, shopping area and railway services. It is not far from China Town, the Rocks and oter points of historical interest. |

Location, thats all about it, The staff is very vrey bad, the rooms are okay, but all the services are so bad, no service, I would never recommend this hotel to any one, they overcharged me, rooms never cleaned, and the staff good save us |

Very friendly staff. Super super comfortable bed (like sleeping on clouds!!). Extremely convenient location. Would be nice to have 'good coffee' as part of breakfast (instead of having to pay extra!!!) |

Location in the central city area. Rates included breakfast, Room was available for non smoking patrons. Noisy air conditioning in room, also large airconditioning unit which was very noisy was immediately outside window of room. This was complained about during stay. The fridge in the room was tiny and not really very user friendly. Value for money was borderline. |

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel did not give me the time to adequately appreciate the hotel's services and facilities. The room itself was well appointed, and I greatly appreciated its comfort. |

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent location They charged bit more because I paid the bill with my credit card. It's unusual and bad for a 5 star hotel. Should I pay cash next time? |

Excellent location. Helpful consierge desk. Arrogant front desk. Cheating in hotel bill. Additional cost when using credit card. We stayed four nights and they didn't vacuum clean our room at all, and we did inform them twice about it! |

Centrally located.Close to monorail.Convenient to CityLink.Pleasant efficient reception/concierge/dining room staff. Have stayed here before and will continue to do so. Isolated case of bad in-room service.Ordered a late night meal whixch was not passed through to kitchen.I needed to chase it up with the result that it took nearly an hour to arrive and then was badly cooked. This was promptly dealt with by reception following morning by a not charging for the meal. This is the only case of poor service since I started to stay here . |

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Beschreibung, 19. Stockwerk stimmte nicht. Die Zählung der Stockwerke hat nicht mit dem 1. Stockwerk begonnen. Somit war unser Zimmer nicht im 19. sondern ungefähr im 7. Stock. Wir hatten uns einen weiten Blick über Sydney gewünscht und waren enttäuscht. |

Centrale ligging in nabijheid van alle openbaar vervoer middelen. Geen top-hotel, maar goede tot zeer goede middenklasse. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding (mede dank zij hoge koers van de Euro). |
