Very well situated for transport into the City centre i.e bus stop outside hotel.Buses ran regularly. The room to the balcony was not sealed properly so it was very noisy at night with all the traffic, luckily i had my ear plugs. |

Great location to see Sydney using the Light Rail , However the gradient of the hill from the Station to the Hotel is quite a challenge , But there's a great Pub and shops opposite The Haven Inn , we would stay there again. Remove the option of smoking or non smoking from the booking criteria because its all non smoking (fair enough).The stair's were a bit of a pain , specially after the walk from the Light Rail station ! . The only real recommendation I could make , is simply supply more pillows ( there were only two small one's ). |

The proximity to buses into the city and good restaurants and eating facilities very close by -within walking distance. Initially, there were not enough towels, cups etc in the room for all occupants, however, this was rectified after the first night. A couple of spare blankets in the room would have made the cold nights more comfortable. |

It was close to Darling Harbour No elevator (although porters will carry luggage up). Probably better suited to the backpacker market. |

Nice location. Glebe is a nice spot to be. Just out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but with lots of great cafes and restaurants, and easy transport to get wherever you want. The security of the rooms wasn't perfect. I couldn't lock our windows which had me a bit concerned at times. |

the reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and it was very nice to be on a quaint street with lots of little caffees and pastry shops, conveince type stores right across the street, the bus stop was also right across the street and the neighborhood had a great environment. Cab ride from the airport was only $26.00. We got a bus pass to ride to the main harbor and china town (haymarket). There was a part of the harbor in walking distant though but the opera house would have been too far to walk too. I would stay here again, it was a neat place. |
