Albergo in pieno centro storico, con camere moderne e silenziose. L'unica pecca è stata il prezzo della colazione (non compresa nel mio soggiorno) che era di 17€... |

within easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars. Room was adequate for what we wanted. Could not get a drink at hotel bar on arrival and when we did manage to get one early evening there was nobody to take money. Tried again to get a drink at bar later. Nobody serving at all. |

Location in Ghent excellent for seeing the tourist sites. The carpeting in the main lobby was filthy and needs replacing. Floor hallway carpets are also dirty. |

The location is perfect, easy with childeren, parking under the hotel,We stayed there before and are likely to return the room was very hot, airco didn't work properly.There is a pool in the garden which looks realy nice but it being not heated they better make it a fish pond so you can enjoy it al year round instead of 2 days a year :) |

excellent location for visiting a stunning city; very nice breakfast; the cost of a small bottle of water (3.50 euros) was excessive. toilet paper was cheap and rough. |

lovely views from room; helpful staff with regards to sleeping arangements for our toddler; great breakfast; room overall as should be for this level hotel air conditionin in the room did not work on all settings and staff at reception were a little confused at times as to the opening times of their restaurant |

Perfect location, a shor walk from all the main historic sites. Good size, clean comfortable rooms. For the price i think breakfast should have been included. Breakfast is an additional 9 euros which seems a bit pricey! |

Very difficult to find by car!!! Because you áren't allowed by car in a big part of the city centre and everyone has to call the hotel for directions. |

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, pleasant room and welcoming comfortable bar. Not the hotel's fault, but very hard to get to the hotel by car - constantly found ourselves in areas not meant for cars and found that the maps we had did not properly show the direction of one-way streets. |

If you want a location right in the heart of the old town of Gent , then the Novotel is an ideal choice. Great position , large comfortable rooms & an ideal base to explore the town. You are about 2.5km from St Pieters Railway Station , we walked it which took around 25 mins , but you can jump on a tram which will take you from the Station into the old town |

A very central location, great 'special' lunch menu v good value. Excellent service. Nice decor. Bright and cheerful with a touch of style. The absence of option of proper twin beds - one was a pull out sofa - adequate and presentable but a thinner mattress than a normal bed. |
