Ottima posizione centrale. struttura accogliente ed elegante La stanza non era stata pulita quando ce l'hanno assegnata: abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 min che qualcuno decidesse se darci un'altra camera o se pulire quella assegnata. Vetri poco insonorizzati, i rumori della piazza si sentono tutti di notte. |

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city. The staffs were friendly and the room is very clean. We would definitely stay there again. |

Staff were really helpful, the hotel was lovely, location was perfect The computers with internet are far too expensive. There should be free internet for guests. It would be great if there were some vegetarian sausages at breakfast for those who don't eat pork and the scrambled egg was like a strange yellow mousse, maybe it wasn't cooked long enough or something but the consistency was horrid. Everything else was great. |

The location is terrific, accomodations pleasant and comfortable and staff quite courteous and helpful. The breakfast is good too, but pricey if not included in the rate. |

Location. The staff could not find our booking despite having the reference number. When we used the internet to check the reference was correct and they tried to charge us 5 euros for use of internet (to do their job). Needing twin beds we were given a triple bed room but in reality that was a double bed and a sofa bed for two. |

Perfect location to downtown Brussels, the breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. no exhaust fan in the bathroom. |

The location was extremely convenient, located just steps from the Grand Place; and the room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good with freshly squeezed orange juice and a wide variety of food. I liked the modern design of the lobby and the restaurant. |

Staff was helpful, breakfast was included and was great, locatioin was perfect, the rooms were big enough for 3 people comfortably, even 4 would have worked. Child play area parking was not included or discounted. |
