Location of the hotel, close to the sea with own beach, also nearby busstation to Varna. The bed wad quite hard, some will prefer it like that, others not. I had a room on the 6th floor, beautiful view, only the curtains where very light which made me wake up early in the morning because my room was towards to the eastside. Darker curtains would be a good idea.But this is not a 4 star. |

Hotel staff, food, room-a large one and also clean, position of the hotel on the beach broken window on the terrace so that we couldn't have privacy there because of the neighbours... |

near the sea english not understood by staff food very bad staff behind food counters with long hair not covered fresh food pushed on top of old if not there as soon as doors open food not replaced finished.Coffee machines not working at all or only one drinks machines not working my partner was ill and i was shouted at for taking some bread and cheese to the room for him.the pool needs a good clean |

Overall our stay in the hotel was nice. For a 4 star hotel, the quality of food and drinks in the all inclusive system were poor. For a bit higher price there are better equiped 4 star hotels. |

Location on beach, value for money (all inclusive), size of room, balcony and view (if you are lucky enough to get a seaview room). The first room I was given was awful. It was below ground level and had a view of a wall and steps going up to the pool. It had no TV, phone, lamps, armchair and curtains didn't close properly. Also was infested with flies. Was told hotel was full and this was only room. After some persistent complaining, I was given another room as someone hadn't turned up. Management not very apologetic. |

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sehr nettes Personal und guter Service.Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ich war mit Allem sehr zufrieden. Die Preise für Zusatzleistungen, wie Safe, Sauna oder Wirlpool waren in meinen Augen sehr hoch ! |
