I enjoyed the comfort that the hotel had to offer. The pool was great and the staff was friendly. There was no Internet access in the rooms and there was no pay television to order movies. |

The location was perfect! The fact that the hotel is not situated in the centre of Karlovy Vary, was ideal. We enjoyed the nature of Karlovy Vary and the numerous possibilities of various travels around the city. Personel. They must learn English!!! And they must be a llitle bit more caring, friendly and warm. (OK! They were polite enough, though) |
