Apartment was simply magnificent : chandeliers, large and spaceous rooms, modern kitchen and seperate room for children. Simply the best place we stayed at throughout our holiday. An unexpected surprise. |

The rooms/apartment we were given was absolutely gorgeous, the bath and kitchen fabulous, the view overlooking Dresden spectacular. We would reserve this facility again and again, hoping each time for the same rooms should we ever have the opportunity to visit Dresden again. Highly recommended. It is close to public transportation, located in an area of fabulous old villas, quiet and relaxing. You need good instructions to get there the first time or a GPS, which we had. After the first time it is easy to get there again and again. For English speaking guests it would be helpful to offer either a DVD player or at least one English speaking tv channel. These are not, however, reasons to avoid this facility. Our room was on the top floor so a lift would have been nice. |

Very peaceful area. Big room with bathroom and little kitchen where dishes and cutlery. Busstop quite near. Microwave oven would be nice in the kitchen. A little difficult when reception is not at the same building. They don't speak english. |

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung. Alles alte, z.T. sehr schön restaurierte Villen. Herrlicher alter Baumbestand. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toller Frühstücksservice. Rundum zufrieden. |

Schön sanierte Jugendstilvilla in sehr schöner Umgebung mit vielen weiteren VIllen gleicher Zeit. Nähe zu den Schlössern Dresdens, der Innenstadt und auch auf´s ruhige Land. Kommen gern wieder! In dem von uns bewohnten Dachgeschoßapp. stehen nette Möbel. Die hübschen Gauben lassen einen schönen Ausblick in fast alle Richtungen zu. Die Küche unseres Appartment´s war leider nur mäßig montiert. Hier sollte nachgearbeitet werden. |

L'appartement est superbement décoré avec vue sur Dresde. Il y a un parking dans la propriété. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Un lit bébé est à disposition. Un peu excentré mais une ligne de bus passe à proximité. |

Prachtige ruime kamer met aparte keuken en mooie badkamer. Alle benodigde voorzieningen waren aanwezig, zelfs een (stereo)radio, wat zeer geapprecieerd wordt, want dat ontbreekt tot onze grote ergernis tegenwoordig nogal eens in hotels. Alsof iedereen altijd maar tv wil kijken. |

Uns hat die Lage in dem Villenviertel gut gefallen. Dresden und die Sächsische Schweiz sind gut zu erreichen. |

Die Villa Ulenburg ist eine wunderschöne Jugendstil-Villa in Dresdens schönster Villengegend. Die Umgebung ist sehr grün mit wunderschönem alten Baumbestand. Vom Dach der Villa hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über den weißen Hirsch bis hin zum Fernsehturm. Das Hotel was sehr hellhörig. Ab 7.30 Uhr wurde man von den Gästen nebenan und obendrüber durch Kinderlärm geweckt. |
