Clean, comfortable, big room with king size bed. Kitchenette in the room was very useful to live with children. Good value for money. Supermarket is located near hotel. Without the menager the staff in registry could not understand our booking.com reservation and speaks poor English. |

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage und liegt verkehrsgünstig. Das man für das Frühstück noch 13.00 € verlangt. Dabei ist das Frühstück schlecht und lieblos angerichtet. Das Hotel hat meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da ich grundsätzlich zum Frühstück nur Kaffee trinke, kam man mir mit dem Preis entgegen. Das fand ich sehr gut. Das Haus ist empfehlenswert. |

Wir waren eine Gruppe von acht Personen. Ohne Ausnahme waren alle mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Dies gilt auch insbesondere für das freundliche Personal. |

Die Serviceleistung der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Die Erreichbarkeit der Schweriner Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus (öffentliche Verkehrmittel) einfach genial, da die Bushaltestelle in nicht einmal 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist und so das Parkplatzproblem umgangen werden kann. Preise sind auch moderat. Ja, dass der gesamte Fitnessbereich gesperrt war. |

tolles, übersichtliches Frühstücksbuffet, netter und schneller Service, ruhige Lage, nettes Ambiente Wir hatten extra ein Hotel mit "kleinem Wellnesprogramm" gebucht, wollten gerne abends die Sauna nutzen. Leider war die Sauna, aufgrund eines technischen Defekts, nicht nutzbar! Für uns eine ziemliche Pleite, da wir das Hotel extra ausgewählt hatten um uns abends zu entspannen! |
